The ID in charge of my renovation is Champ Lai. He was recommended by a friend. The renovation process was excellent and he always follow up promptly with updates. I believe renovation works are not as easy as it think. Decision making by both parties and ID. During the planning, my wife and I hesitated which theme to go for… between modern and Scandinavian. Lots of changes along the way but our designer handled patiently with his professional advice. We are happy with the end result. No regrets! We highly recommend homies design as they promised what were delivered

The ID in charge of my house is Josh. He is a proactive guy who pay lots of attention to details. His professionalism has allowed all my requirements to be met and that I am able to move in to my house on time. His close monitoring has allowed for a smooth execution of the whole renovation process, allowing for the completion with the minimum of fuss. After the renovation is completed, he has continued to respond actively to any queries that i might have.

I will definitely recommend him to those who are looking for a reliable ID for their house.

I got to know Homies Design during the time when i was staying at my mum’s place and they were commencing a renovation work at our neighbour’s place which is located at 4th storey. The ID from Homies Design was considerate enough to go door to door to inform us that there will be some noise due to the renovation work. I personally felt that if was a good impression and when i was looking for an ID to do my own place, i decided to give Homies Design a shot, i was glad that everything went into place nicely. The whole renovation experience was pleasant and i self that our ID Josh was good. He kept me posted on the renovation progress. And before any works and if there happen to be any loophole he will consult me first before proceeding with any changes.
