- 4 large eggs
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste

Step 1: Combine eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2: In a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and add ham to cook for roughly 3 minutes. Remove the ham from the pan
Step 3: Add another 1 tablespoon of butter into the pan and add in the egg mixture.
Step 4: Sprinkle ham and cheese over half of the omelette. Remove from heat and cover the omelette for roughly 1 minute.

Step 1: Using a small bowl, beat the egg and add in salt & pepper for taste
Step 2: In a frying pan, pour the eggs and let it set for roughly 1-2 minutes. Use a spatula to loosen the sides of the omelette.
Step 3: when the surface of the omelette is barely moist, add in the onions and tomatoes. Reduce the heat to low and cover with a pan to cook for roughly 1 minute.
Step 4: Remove from heat and serve.

- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 4 slices bacon, cut and cooked
- 1/3 cup cheese, grated
Step 1: Cut bacon into small slices and cook over a pan until crispy. Remove from pan
Step 2: In a bowl, beat the eggs, salt and pepper
Step 3: In a pan, pour in the egg mixture. Cook for roughly 1-2 minutes untill the bottom is cooked.
Step 4: Add in the tomatoes, bacon and cheese. Cover with a pan over low heat
Step 5: After 1-2 minutes, remove from pan and serve.

- 1/2 cup cooked ham
- 1/3 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper
- chopped chives (garnish)
Step 1: Whisk the eggs, milk, salt in a large bowl.
Step 2: Add in the ham, cheese, onions and bell peppers into the mixture
Step 3: Pour the entire mixture into a baking dish
Step 4: Bake for roughly 25 minutes at 350degrees
Step 5: Remove from oven and garnish with chives

- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon sliced green onions
- pepper to taste
Step 1: Spray the inside of a mug with cooking oil
Step 2: Add eggs into the cup and mix
Step 3: Add in roasted red pepper, spinach, cheese, green onions and pepper. Stir gently
Step 4: Put in a microwave oven and cook for 1-2 mins at high temperature
Step 5: Remove from oven and let it sit for 1 minute.
