Being the site for the largest number for homes released in the November 2018 BTO launch, you have the highest chance when balloting for this site. It is also the first of all the projects in Tengah to launch, meaning it this will likely be the cheapest you will get flats located in this region for. The project also includes the largest variety of flat types suited for all types of home buyers.

The Tengah region is currently sparse and being the first development to be built (and likely the first to finish construction), those moving in after 2.5 years may find themselves in the middle of construction, with many amenities such as schools, malls and even MRT lines still under construction. However, the plot is well suited for investment purposes and is most likely to grow exponentially in value.
