Keith lin was our main id for our renovations works throughout. He was very experienced in his work. During our first meeting, he patiently listened to both our ideas and advised us very practical and wise inputs for our designs. Within one week he already send us the finalised design and quotations. He was also with us all the way till the renovations works start and complete. His coordination with his team was steadfast and swift!On top of all those, Keith was very initiative in reporting and updating the progress during renovations and even after renovations are completed, he was always there to assist us. And never fails to reply whenever we whatsapp any questions. He is responsive and responsible.

My mom's house need an extensive makeover after renting it out for few years. Consulted Ivan and he managed to work around the limited budget we had. Yang Ming also assisted in overseeing the whole renovation process. They are always listening to us, provide practical solution and constantly check on the project.
