We have moved in for almost a month now and is in love with our home. ❤️ Brandon has been very accommodating to our request to change the 3D design several rounds till we were satisfied previously. The price that he quoted us was reasonable and we selected his quote over 2 others that we have received eventually. Even when we had small hiccups earlier, he was patient to listen to our requests and gave us good recommendations. He’s very professional and helped us to identify few leakages in our resale unit which we wouldn’t have found out as a layman. During the circuit breaker, we had a few discussions with a few IDs and we subsequently shortlisted to 3. Before our final meeting with the shortlisted IDs, we chanced upon Interior Empire's facebook page and found that there were many positive reviews. As it was Covid period, our criteria at the start was whichever company who could finish our required job within 2 months and also within our limited budget. Brandon was sincere and detailed in the idea generation and computation and assured that if covid doesn't blow-up again, the time line was reasonable. In 2020, after receiving the keys from HDB, my wife and I engaged Dragon as our ID for our first home. The search for good, reasonable and honest ID is often dreary. With many stories of how contract prices under quote and inflated thereafter. Along with many hidden terms. We are glad to have Dragon as our ID. Right from the start of the first meeting, he understood our requirements, budget and theme. From there, he recommends home essentials and always hold price in mind. By advising us on how much prices will increase. During the course of renovation, there bound to be issues surfacing.
