Although there were some small issues in between the process, Special thanks to Simon, who help to resolve all the issues and followed up tightly to make the overall renovation a success. First of all, I wish to express my deepest appreciation to our ID , ADRIAN HII who is young, helpful, responsible, talented, trusted, not pushy (or money orientated and accommodating our budget) and many many .......... He will go the extra mile and make all effort to ensure that the client’s interests is met. Some notable incidents were he had to pick up our calls and came down to rectify to discuss about our renovation progress and details till late night (midnight) few times. When the workers didn't do the proper rubbish handling, he came down to settle on Sunday morning too. What impressed us, other than what I mentioned before, is his accommodating manner in handling demanding and meticulous customers like us. As my hubby is a very detailed person, he wants something in engineering standard and get things done in standard procedure and somehow 'perfect'. There was a minor rework in our kitchen after my hubby rejected and explained the way of carpenter put our basin is incorrect. I would not say the reno progress is 100% but his quality of work is more than 100%. Please keep up the commendable performance as there is great potential in your work! We love our little cozy new nest and we love you, Adrian. Now we are FRIEND and he still helps when we needs his advice. He is our guest on our wedding and also was called to had performance on the stage after he failed to grab the flowers!! ** We are his 1st customer in My Reno Diary before the opening of the company. Got to know ID sheng li from “My Reno Diary” through a friend (his house was also renovated by him). I would like to recommend Reno Dairy for renovation. The point of contact for me is KK Lau. We know him through colleague's referral, it is a pleasant experience to know KK Lau. He is very helpful and responsive. When we have any last minute request, even on weekend when we text him, he is able to respond quickly. The price quoted for us is also quite reasonable. KK Lau is trustworthy and easy to deal with. I have already recommend him to many of my friends in life for renovation. I would like to give him a five star for his good service and professionalism.

As far as our journey is concern in setting up our new home waiting for arrival to our first born, we are so glad to have engaged Sheng Lee from My Reno Diary to project manage and design our home. We had a super pack timeline to meet and it needs to work within our budget and this is where Sheng Lee presents his professionalism in his field and guided us throughout this process. I am very disappointed with the company My reno diary, the iD I engage is a blur king. When he make so many so much mistake he always argue that other house id do this, so they just follow for my house. The mortar base is bigger than my fridge and washer , he can argue thats the usual size 90x90cm for the market, and can cater for future use when I change my fridge to bigger fridge and washer! Call the company to talk tp the boss , but it is always block by the staff.

I knew T&T Design through word of mouth from friends after renovating with Desmond. The quotation pricing is reasonable and I like that Desmond came along to visit the apartment before we made a purchase decision as well as the detailed description of the quotation. Desmond is very attentive, listens to our needs, and suggests various ways to proceed but also very open minded to also incorporate our thoughts. We would not have been able to get the renovation underway without his guidance. He is very proactive, easily contactable, and gives immediate attention given to our questions and concerns. There were minor issues which were fixed immediately thanks to the good planning of sending a painter to touch-up after everything was finished.
