I have used ID for my reno works they have done an amazing job with good finishing in a limited time within our budget. Pretty easy to communicate and you can blindly trust them to get your work done, very friendly and helpful workers too. Steven is talented in understanding clients requirements and also he is good in advising what is good and what is bad. We chose to work with Interior dairy after meeting with 12 interior designers in Singapore.

Very pleased with the overall service we received from Interior Diary, especially from Dorna Tiang. They were able to put our ideas onto paper & were patient as well as flexible when changes were requested. Whenever we felt unsure, they helped to reassure and recommend what they thought was best. They were also responsible in ensuring to rectify any bumps that arose during the renovation. Our house now looks like a home thanks to them!

Jason Lin was our ID Consultant. As first time homeowners he guided us on the whole renovation process from paperwork, timeline to recommendations of home accessories. We had ideas and Jason was quick to pencil our ideas and made good recommendations to better the final outcome. As we are both working & overseas at some point, we left Jason with the responsibility of finding the best match for the kitchen cupboards and the flooring. He worked closely with us getting our opini...on and approval as he did the shopping! There were hiccups but manageable. Most imptly Jason responded with or without updates so we were not kept wondering. Few mths after we shifted in, Jason still checks on any service follow up that he can help see to. End story is process was smooth, work was completed, contact person always available and you liaise w a very pleasant person over a major personal project!

When we decided to refurbish our apartment at Aspen Heights on River Valley Road, we went through a process of choosing the interior design company that would help us with this rather ambitious project. As it was a total refurbishment where the apartment was pretty much made up from scratch (new kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, moving of walls, new electrical wirings etc), it was very important to get the right guys for the job. We met with 5-6 different ones and they all gave us a proposal based on the input we had given them. It was clear to us quite early that Gary and Steven at Interior Diary was our preferred partners. Their initial proposal had visionary ideas and they presented a very good overall plan that closely matched what we wanted. They had incorporated our ideas well but they were also very good at coming up with new ideas that made a big difference to the outcome of the project. It should also be mentioned that both Steven and Gary have nice, calm personalities which made the dialogue that much easier for us. They were instrumental in all aspects of the refurbishment, not only the core design. They guided us through choices for kitchen appliances, bathroom appliances, tiles, lights, colours, fabrics, curtains, blinds etc. After discussing various ideas back and forth - adjusting a bit here, changing a tad there, we started the actual work in early July. The project was moving forward steadily and Gary and Steven kept us updated on a regular basis through photos that was showing the progress. We through a few curve balls at them from time to time, but they were always very responsive and happy to make changes if we so wanted. But they always gave their honest opinion on how the proposed change would affect the outcome. We learned to trust their opinions and we would sometimes just let them decide on details where my wife and I could not agree. The whole project was finished on time and the guys were on hand to manage final adjustments that we wanted to be had. We are extremely happy with the outcome of the renovation. It all worked to plan and Gary and Steven was very helpful all the way through. We would be very happy to recommend them to anyone who has interior design needs! Very best regards Thuy & Gunnar

After having gone through multiple interior companies, while being particular on what we want, Interior Diary was the only company that has managed to fit all our needs in the most promising manner. From their fantastic customer service, great design insights, perfect execution and at reasonable costs, they have out done what me and my wife had even imagined. We just so happened to be at Millenia Walk, that we chanced upon Interior Diary during an Interior Design mini convention. We met Steven and Jason, two very professional and friendly individuals that took us through the entire process despite our very high expectations. Dave and I are very glad that we have Jason Chan with us as we build our very first home. We were not very clear about the nitty gritty things when it comes to renovation but Jason was very patient and explained everything to us in details. On our house renovation journey, we hit a lot of obstacles and it felt like we were on an extreme roller coaster ride. (don’t buy bed from expo sale, you are forewarned.) When meeting Steven from the start, I knew he was meant to handle my renovation. I had met and spoken to 5 other IDs before him, and by far he was the most able to relate to my needs very quickly and provide suggested sketches on the spot which were rather impressive. We are glad to choose Interior Diary Steven Loh as our ID after we met up with more than 15 ID. He is professional and patient though out the quotation stage till end of renovation. We had involved interior diary for planning for our new house and thats when we we met our interior designer Rosalind. She is an excellent ID with brilliant design ideas. She certainly knows her stuff and is extremely knowledgeable in renovation. She gave us a lot of advice on making our dream home a reality. Rosalind is also very approachable and friendly and very prompt in any request sent to her. We were very comfortable working with her and we would definitely recommend her to future homeowners who are looking to get their renovation done, with peace of mind.
