To my surprised, when I first engaged with Jaden on site to my bto house, my first impression on Jaden was pleasant and he is sincere. He is very patience explaining about my bto floor plan. He will go through one by one with me to ensure I fully understand the whole process of the renovation and what are the areas to take note. After all, this is my first renovation for my new home. Jaden is very meticulous and detailed ID. Why I said that? His every measurement for my bedroom cabinets, feature walls etc is superb accurate. His accuracy and quality of work is there. Honestly, I have no regret engaging Jaden to design my bto house. I leave everything to Jaden to design my house despite with my busy work schedule. Each time whenever there is someone coming to do the work, he will definitely show up on site to instruct the contractor what to do etc. I witness his quality work and professionalism. His honesty and customer service had done very well.. His arrangement and coordination with those contractors and workers are very prompt and helpful. His workers are very friendly too! Hahaha... My parent and my 5 years old son were very pleased and happy with Jaden's effort to design my new home. I am very impressed with Jaden's affort and hardwork coordinating with me. I'm extremely pleased with Darren's communication throughout the process. As with a good ID, he listens and understands customer's requirements, is receptive to suggestions and prompts in creativity and succeeding the balance of aesthetics and functionality in designs. Darren is very also patient and meticulous, walking through each change as well as providing price comparison for different materials and revisions. His quotation is transparent, honest and quick in accommodating whenever additional and unique requests were made. Darren also frequently advises on the feasibility and construction recommendations of my floor plan and house design. He is responsive to queries, assuring and follows up on any touch-up work promptly even after the handover. I truly appreciate his wholehearted commitment to delivering my beautiful house on time despite given a tight schedule of 7 weeks without compromising workmanship. The quality of work is of a high standard in every aspect. I am very satisfied that the whole renovation journey is smooth and worry-free under the supervision of an experienced and reliable ID. Honestly, as a new home owner, we often do not know exactly what we want at the point when decision was made. That is where many last minute changes happen. However, Danny has been very adaptive to our last min changes, and we are very glad that he had most things turn out the way we wanted. One thing I really like abt Danny is that he is very responsive in his communication with us throughout the whole renovation period. Whenever we have queries, or need to make an urgent decision and needs his opinion, we never hesitate to drop him a voice msg because we know he cares abt our concerns. And even though he has alrdy handed over the house to us now, he still reply to our queries promptly. Frankly, no matter how much I write here does not justify his dedication to his project. The 2nd was for my new home which he did a extremely good job! He even went to the extend in helping me to do the defects finding and verification job! We shared a lot of ID ideas and concepts, and he provided many different new ideas as well, patiently and explaining the details and visual effects of the outcome. Fast forward, We have already moved in and is very satisfied with the design and that he has come out with. Thorough our engagement, Danny has demonstrated his willingness to understand the concept that we will like to have and through that coming up with his proposed idea. The entire renovation was done in around a month which was faster than we expected, although some places required touch up, he always arranged for the workers to come and do it as soon as possible. However, the only downside was our home looks quite different from the 3D drawing that we initially wanted but overall, we are still satisfied with the end result. Our renovation was completed a few weeks ago but he is still very responsive even when we contact him to ask if he could help us touch up some areas. Jaden is definitely a responsible ID and most importantly he is responsive and gets the work done fast! -fb review

During the renovation process, my wife and I changed quite a bit of stuff but Danny never refuse our request for once and he will try his very best to accommodate our requirements. If he thinks that our request is a good to have but not suitable for long term living, he will come back with a counter proposal for us. He will try to understand our requirements so that the final result of the house is one that really fits the owners and not the IDs. The carpentry work at our house is exactly the same as their showroom. He is the one who decided the matching colour of floor tiles and wall for us as we need to have green kitchen. Most guest said our kitchen is v special :) He is one of the ID that doesnt mind playing with colours maybe because we are of the same generation. -fb review
