Overall, we are happy with our renovation works, headed by ID Edmund Lee. They managed to transform our really rotten house to one of our heart's desire. We were especially happy with the flooring, plumbing, tiling and carpentry. Edmund Lee is very knowledgeable in many areas and does not recommend unnecessary, expensive things.

新家装修好一个月了，现在终于有时间可以写写我对我的装修公司与我的ID。Design 4 space 是我在FB看到的，之前也是看蛮多的。也去了好几间本地出门的ID公司。D4S也是我看到的其中一间，但是不是我的第一选择。可能他们没有在电视广告打太多广告吧！（其它公司下足本钱打广告，但是我发现价格都偏高）。废话少说，我就在有一天我和我老婆都休息时去了Paya Lebar的showroom看看。他们家的showroom不大（比起其它知名的真的不算大）我和老婆走进去迎面走来就有个女孩子，她就是我过后的ID Ger Lyn ，她人真的没有太多的挑剔。先说说她的服务态度，她会设计，但是她不会要你一定要跟随她的设计（因为我去其它的公司，他们都会要求你尽量follow他们的设计）。她设计好她自己的图会给你看，我老实说前前后后我改了N次，不管是大细节小细节。重点是她一点都不会嫌我烦，有时我甚至突然想到我的idea我打给她她都会很细心的听我讲完，然后会在隔天画图send给我看。（但是如果改比较大部分还是需要两三天时间）开工到完成大概一个月。他们家的橱工手工不错，很多细节都去帮我想好了，很有经验。还有还有最重要的是，他们家不会收了你的钱就没有售后服务。就比如说我前几天看到一些小细节有问题需要更改，我就想打给我ID试试看她能帮到我吗？（其实这已不是她的工作了）她竟然说，没有问题下个礼拜我会找工人下去看看，看一下不要怎么改，我真的感激不尽。我真的听到太多的ID你屋子好了不要他们上来再看好像请神那么难。我这间ID公司真的没话讲，我的ID Geralyn 也是很棒很nice的人，我大力推荐各位如果要装修可以试试去看看，我的ID Geralyn 是在Paya Lebar showroom的，他们应该会给你一个漂亮满意的“家”交到你手中。 Andy Aik

We would like to thank Shermin from tradehub 21 branch, a very responsive and accommodative ID. She took into consideration of our preferences and needs and also worked within our budget. The stages of work, planning, design drawings, timeline schedule and arrangement of renovation works etc were clearly elaborated and executed. She was given a tight schedule but still made it possible by speeding the timeline and handed it over on time, kept us updated very frequently as well. She went the extra mile to get her carpenters to help us fix up something which we didn’t even get from them. Shermin was quick to attend to fixes which were readily resolved. My 4A resale HDB was done by Design 4 Space, my designer is Andrew. As the house is quite old, I have decided to do a total make-over, including rewiring. I would review the service by Andrew and his company in 3 aspects: 1. Price I asked for quotation from 4 companies. I was quoted around 45K by Design 4 Space, including rewiring. Their price is reasonable. 2. Knowledge Andrew is very experience. He has many years of experience in this line. He is able to change the design to suite my needs. He shortlisted a few tiles, colour combination, doors etc for me to chose, so that I did not have to chose from 'seas of item'. I like the drainage system in my bathroom, and the divider in my master bedroom. 3. Service Andrew was very prompt in answering queries. He answers calls and sms quickly. During innovation, he is also flexible enough to ask his supplier to change certain things. I remember the shampoo holders in one of my bathroom is not suitable, Andrew was flexible enough to call his supplier to ask for a replacement. Thus minimise my hassle. When my adjustable down lights and washing machine did not work as they were intended, he was fast to ask his supplier and plumber to rectify them. In conclusion, you can chose Andrew and Design 4 Space if you want a hassle-free renovation. Please PM me if you want to see the photos of my renovated house.

A big thank you to Vincent Chuah in helping us to realise our dream home! After reading the reviews and comparing a few IDs/contractors, we decided to engage him, and this was one of the best decisions that we made! Getting an experienced ID is definitely important, as he is sharp to point out everything that we overlook, no matter how much research we have done. Quick shoutout to Shermin Lee from Tradehub Branch, who did a fantastic job renovating my place. Not only was she straightforward to work with and follows up promptly (even post-reno), she was attentive to details and able to recommend tasteful ideas to the design of the house. It was a full reno, and she could handle the whole project with all the sub-contractors. Overall, I’m happy with the outcome of the work done and would recommend her to the next person who needs reno work done.

We engaged Design 4 Space after comparing with few other quotations. Our ID was Mr Allen Teo from Tradehub 21 branch (previously Lavender). He’s such a patient and accommodative person, and what we like the most is that he always can give us inputs on practical aspects and incorporate them into his design, which we don’t get it from other IDs. Readily available, he also always respond to our calls/messages quickly, even after we moved in. He once said to us that he’s never late to deliver the job, and he prove himself right. Allen Teo from Lavender branch was assigned as our ID. He is very responsive and replies to our message promptly, even on weekends. Although the renovation is completed and we have already moved into our unit, he still replies promptly to us when we need adjustments/fix. He will make arrangement for his workers to come quickly. We really appreciate it

we have been staying in our current place for quite sometime and we appreciate our Interior Designer Tan @ Lavendar for his patience towards my request, my fussiness, his professionalism & passion towards his work. Recently, i contacted him for business purposes & surprisingly he still remembers me very well! We will recommend him to our friends or acquaintance if they require an ID for their new home! You will never regret his 5* service!

We would like to commend & thank Mr Edmund Lee from Lavender Branch for being professional and approachable during our home renovation. Mr Lee provided honest & practical design recommendations. We wanted to have ample cabinet storages in our apartment, while at the same time for it to appear spacious & bright. We have earlier consulted other IDs before we consulted Mr Lee. We had initial concern that the living room television cabinet might appear too bulky when viewed from side of the foyer. Contrary to the suggestion of the previous ID to include an additional glass cabinet at the side of TV cabinet (& at the expense of additional cost), Mr Lee reassured us that it would not be the case and advised us to design the TV cabinet without the glass cabinet component. As the cabinets have now been completed, we must agree that his advice was indeed very accurate. He was very accommodating and took our preferences into consideration. While our request for extra storage space behind the TV set on the TV cabinet was declined by other IDs, Mr Lee willingly agreed to our request and was able to rise to the challenge. Mr Lee surprised us by helping us to check our flat for defects even before we signed the contract with him. He offered us reassuring & good advices when we encountered some difficulties with defect rectification with our developer. He provided reasonable & affordable quotation. He also recommended excellent colour paint combinations for the apartment, which matched the cabinet colours and our design theme very well. He was very patient when we consulted him numerous times for advices on curtain colour, furniture, TV bracket & lighting. He was quick to get his electrician to change our faulty light driver on the same day. We were very satisfied with the workmanship of the carpentry. We appreciate Mr Edmund Lee’s efforts and would strongly recommend him to all homeowners who require his professional advices on interior design and home renovation. Martin Peh fr Alexandra branch - my ID. With his experienced, he has given gd advise n ideas. Attentive n willing to source solution to accede to my requirements - for me to achieve my "ideal home". Coupled w his gd rapport w his Sub con had made the Reno works even smoother. Wat impressed me are his commitment n responsive attitude - is commendable Thanks Martin, u hv made the whole process amicable n hassle free for me. Definitely is a great help to home owner.. We were very satisfied with Martin Peh's (Alexandra branch) service throughout our whole home renovation process. We bought a 2-room BTO flat in Woodlands and were concerned about maximising the space in our new home. Martin was very patient, prompt and professional in his service. The suggestions he shared with us were very practical. As a first-timer homeowners we tend to overlook many aspects when it comes to home renovation, but Martin was always there to help us to keep track on some of the areas that we overlooked. 5 stars for his service.

Kitchen renovation - October 2019 Pros: - design - responsive designer Cons: - turnkey solution expected but unfortunately not the case: you have to fight with contractors to have work to be done, designer comes rarely to help. - expensive for limited service - designer does not document requirements. So a lot of debates about what we supposedly said or not and work actually done. It was a source of several conflicts.
