My husband and i had chosen northwest for our home reno because it is within our budget, so we decided to engage Aaron as our ID.   Aaron is a friendly, responsible and approachable ID and will always give ideas and suggestions for our reno   he also always keep us informed at every stage of the project   Thank you Aaron for giving us simple yet stylish home (most importantly, easy to maintain) We wish you all the best and a happy new year

We would like to take this opportunity to convey our  gratitude to your company and to your id Mr Hericson Yong , for the recent renovation of our home. Hericson is very friendly, approachable and was able to come up with suggestions for any problems we encounter throughout the renovation process. he was very responsible and will always keep us updated with progress f the renovation. Hericson remained contactable after he renovation and was still able to provide any touch up services even after full payment has been made.   Although there was some hiccups along the way, it was quickly dealt with to allow the renovation works to continue. We are happy that the entire renovation process was completed on schedule.   One of the reasons Northwest Interior Design stood out from the rest of the ID companies was the competitive pricing and warranty period. we were worried initially with such competitive pricing ; the quality of work and materials may not be as good as the rest of the companies. After completion however, there was no doubt about the quality, materials and workmanship done. Everything was done in a proper way and there were no shortcuts.   Thank you again and keep up the good work!

I would like to compliment on the excellent service of Raymond Ching who demonstrated high level of professionalism and dedication for our home renovation. he never fails to deliver high quality of work and provide constructive advice to us. he always goes extra miles to complete milestones. he eve jumped in personally to rectify the hiccups (e.g. poor installation, faulty wiring) caused the sub-contracted electrician. Without his dedication ad technical competency, we won't get our reno done on time. Thus, he definitely deserves a BIG thumb up from us who in fact strongly recommend a few friends to him and Northwest.

This is our second time to engage Northwest Interior Design for our renovation. we choose northwest because of their quality and excellent service. we are very pleased with the quality of service that was given by your employee bryan lee. he is a dedicated, experienced and efficient during the entire course of our renovation process. our first encounter with Bryan was at Gambas showroom with his sincerity smile and his effort to explain the renovation process and offered interesting ideas. a week later, after comparing with other renovation we decided to engage Northwest and we approached Bryan to sign up with him during the renovation journey, Bryan is very responsive and prompt in the updates. The coordination was well planned and everything went accordingly to schedule despite small hiccups that happened to the renovation process, ryan was able to react efficiently and offered remedies. we are happy with the end result of our home. with his vast knowledge able to our dream into reality. we  felt assured as Bryan kept us up-to-date on the progress and we sincerely appreciate his responsiveness and the way he handle customers on this note, we will definitely recommend Northwest Interior and Bryan Lee to our relatives and friends Northwest is fortunate to have such employee who can uphold and maintain the standard set keep up the good work and excellent service Bryan Much appreciated and thank you again

Going thru stress and time on the legal issues with NW. ID went missing , NW now don't honor in incontract say is ID promised not NW. Now want to charge more $ and hse is in a mess. Now sourcing for help , anyone can help and advice pls email me at lauhs8@gmail.com

Company now dishonor contract and requote to raise price.  Now tell me do what pay what.  House in a mess. I'll fight on legal with them !

I would like to let you know that our experience with Northwest has fallen short in so many ways. Works started on 13 Dec 2021 for tiles and painting, thereafter there was no work done for the next 7 weeks. We keep chasing Ryan Voon but he had so many excuses and never once provided a timeline of works or handover date. Called in to complain but only allowed to speak to fellow colleagues. Finally provided handover date for 9 Mar 2022 but when we went to the house on 9 Mar 2022, the house was far from done! Carpentry not up, electrical works not done, plumbing not done. And yet Ryan Voon has no courtesy to inform us at least one week prior of the expected completion. Thereafter we kept chasing and still no movement. Called again to complain but the staff said they cannot give manager Eddie’s number, or tell me what time is manager Eddie coming to work. More ridiculous is that they did not even want to tell me what is the manager’s name in the first place!! This is really slipshod and we do not expect to pay for the house and not enjoy it especially with such ridiculous delays and lack of communication.
