Prior to meeting up with SHE, we met up with about 4 other IDs. Even though SHE’s quotation was a little on the high side, we went ahead with SHE cause her ideas and concept matches with ours, and we felt that we click well with the ID (Jess). Jess was very friendly and approachable. She understood what we wanted and contributed new ideas to the design. We felt that we were on the same page with her as she caught on very fast. She was always contactable throughout the whole process, even now after the completion, if we have any issues, she is still willing to help. During the renovation, Jess was very meticulous with all the details and showed very good time management. There were issues during the renovation but Jess always displayed positive attitude in assuring us that she would be able to resolve them, which she did. Even after the handover, there were issues as well, her attitude was always the same “don’t worry, I will handle it for you”. For Jess’s work and commitment from beginning to the end, I rate her a 10! The workmanship is good, everything turns out just as we expected. Overall experience was good. Jess saved us a lot of time and effort as she used her time and effort to follow closely on the whole renovation. Jess did not meet expectations, she exceeded our expectations. I will definitely recommend SHE Interior!

I got to know SHE Interior through an online search. After meeting up with 5 different Interior firms IDs , we shortlisted another ID Firm due to slight cheaper quotation. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a wrong choice - the poor workmanship and promised delivered time was delay weeks by weeks . We then switch back to SHE interior and indeed Jess was so nice to take over the remaining chaos and helped us to catch up with schedule and able to move in before our rental end! We enjoyed our rest renovation process with Jess as she extremely friendly , detailed, careful and definitely passionate about her job. Every meet up, she will write down notes of my preferences and needs for my house and making sure that all measurement are correctly taken. She will give a lot of valuable suggestions for my home as well ! Jess is very proactive ,attentive and responds fast to our messages (even at late hours of the night). On a side note, there was once an issue : - when we are trying to seal up the IKEA wardrobe , unfortunately the drill damaged (as the Ikea wardrobe is not very durable) Jess contacted the carpenter and covered up the damaged part the next day. Jeff is a very responsible and details ID, he is responsive and able to give us a suggestion to resolve it immediately. He very attentive, he spends time to talk to us and visit our house to understand each of our needs and wants for our room. With understanding, he designed our dream house and we in love with his design right away after the sharing. The project was complete in a short time as per requests. It completed within 1 & half month with good quality and details workmanship! I get to know SHE interior through their Instagram. We decided to engage Ryan as our appointed Interior Designer after meeting 9 IDs Firm. At the first meeting, I was introduced to Ryan who was very patient and attentive to my needs/ requirements for my house renovation. Most importantly, never once were we pressured to sign the contract with him. As a first time home owner, he was also very sincere in providing advice when he felt that we were headed in the wrong direction whether it had to do with the choice of materials and structures. This give us the confident that Ryan able to walk us through our renovation process. During the renovation period, he was very meticulous throughout and regularly kept me updated. He was contactable always when we have queries throughout the renovation period and advise us on things that we can explore and save. The workmanship was excellent – especially the carpentry. I knew about SHE Interior Design from Personal Site Survey impression and not thru google reviews. Was welcomed by Jeff as a walk-in customer. I can say he's professional, friendly, responsible and efficient with his task. 5-stars for design and both way communications via whatsapp group for any amendment and discussion during the whole renovation process. After meeting up with 9 IDs firm, we decided to engage SHE interior as their quotation was the most reasonable among 9 other ID firms. Our interior designer, Jess listen attentively to what we really wanted for our first home. It was really important for us to get an ID to listen to what we want but yet able to give constructive and honest feedback about it. You can really tell how enthusiastic and passionate Jess is about her job when she talks to us. Jess is really a friendly and enthusiastic person. She does not beat around the bush and tell us honestly about our budget. We felt that Jess does not really have to try hard to get anyone to buy into her service because her joyous personality and positive vibes will definitely make people feel warmth and welcoming. We knew from there on, that we definitely have chemistry with Jess. During the renovation process, Jess setup a WhatsApp Group. She was really responsive and efficient when it comes to answering our queries. We had so many doubts and questions in the beginning, but Jess really made us feel confident and that we can finally rest our worries with her around. There wasn’t any major issue. It was only minor, but Jess was really quick at fixing it. We were really impressed that she tried her best to rectify any issue within such a short time range. After the handover ,there wasn’t any issue, and we were really happy with the outcome. The outcome turns out to be 99% to what we saw on 3D drawing. We were also impressed that with current situation(COVID-19), Jess work around the clock to ensure that the renovation complete within the given duration. It was really unexpected, and we were really happy about that! My overall experience with Jess and SHE Team is that we love the fact that our ID are really passionate about the work she does. It was not only our ID but when we were there to pass cheque or appointment with Jess, other IDs greeted us with warm welcome. I must emphasise that SHE did a very good job in listening to customer but at the same time able to give honest feedback. They have definitely met my expectation. In fact, I’ve started recommending to my family and friends. They were all impressed by our ID’s work! Our neighbours really stop by to take a peek from the window, and they compliment and said the house looks really beautiful! Even all the delivery man commented about our beautiful home!

I got to know about SHE Interior through google search. After seeing through their website, I have made an impromptu visit and met the designer Jeff in a coincidence. Upon the meet-up, I found Jeff is approachable and well-experienced with many successful projects. Before confirming the engagement, Jeff brings me to view one of his completed projects and the excellent workmanships have convinced me further. During the renovation, Jeff has resolved the hidden issues that we were probably not aware of. The wall mount curtains that we purchased from Taobao were unable to fit into the curtain pelmet. Jeff has made adjustments by redesigning the layout of the false ceiling. His ability to accommodate the unforeseen circumstances proved that we made the correct decision to engage him. I would say their pricing was mid-range and reasonable. Jeff is accountable and responds promptly to our inquiries or issues we have encountered. For instance, we faced last-minute order cancellation of customized TV feature wall ordered from the external furniture store. Jeff is willing to take over the job by helping us to customize a new TV feature wall despite short lead-time. His acceleration enables us to move in without waiting for the TV feature wall. He also attended to all the minor issues that we mentioned to him as he arranged to touch up all the minor defects that occurred during the painting process. I would rate 9/10 for the design, 10/10 for the services, and 9.5/10 for the overall experiences. I will recommend Jeff to my friends and family. Thank you Jeff!

Jeff from SHE Interior was my interior designer who renovated my first house. So for my 2nd house, the first thing that comes to my mind is to look for Jeff again. In terms of pricing, I think they are reasonable, but not the cheapest quote compared to other firms. However, I still choose SHE Interior due to the pleasant renovation journey previously. Jeff is a person who is meticulous, friendly, accountable and approachable. I put my 100% trust in Jeff and let him handle the entire process without having to worry about anything. Throughout the whole process, I would like to appreciate the assistance from Jeff as he always provides me with progressive updates and saves me the hassle of having to supervise the renovation process and in turn, I could fully concentrate on my work instead. I’m glad to know Jeff from SHE Interior through the recommendation from one of my friends. He was helpful, experienced and professional. We decided to engage SHE Interior for our house renovation because Jeff was able to understand our concern and provide us with the advice that was in line with our initial idea. I would like to thank Jeff of SHE Interior for all the effort in creating my dream home. My husband and I spent quite some time searching for the right ID until we met Jeff. Jeff is very patient and hardworking. He spent 4 to 5 hours during each meet up explaining everything in detail and was very patient when we made changes to the 3D design several times. As recommendation is important, the job was well done with the neighbour’s house and the quotation pricing was affordable. Jeff is very approachable and he listed down our main concerns, gave suggestions on our home layout as we wanted to maximise the space we have. He’s committed, knowledgeable, reliable and a trustworthy interior designer. With a chat group, Jeff responses very promptly and there is no issues at all during renovation. We are very happy with how our house turned out, almost the same as per 3D Design. Good carpentry workmanship for our kitchen cabinets and wardrobe. Our overall experience with SHE Interior has been a good and happy journey, throughout Covid Period. We truly love the end product of the renovation and our house is calm and cosy. This is a review after living in my new 2 room flat for more than 8 months. After meeting up with 7 interior designers, decided to go with YenLee from SHE Interior as she's able to understand and convert my overall concept from design to reality right down to color schemes and within budget. She is very responsive and responsible, a joy to work with. I have enough confidence in her to give her free rein to my Kitchen's design and she did not disappoint. No projects is 100% perfect and after living in my flat for more than 8mths, I believe she deserves the 5 star ratings

SHE Interior We have engaged SHE Interior for our house renovation and was 100% satisfied with the outcome. Ryan is very patient with our request and is meticulous into details and planning.
