During this pandemic period, I thought my renovation would be delayed but to my surprises, Mr. Brandon Toon executed the reno arrangement well coordinating with suppliers and vendors and resulted my unit was completed within my schedule. My husband and I met with 9 different IDs and eventually decided to entrust Brandon from 9 Creations to design our BTO house. He was very patient, understanding and thoughtful of every idea and detail of customisation we wanted for our house. He was very willing to listen to our ideas and went out of his way to research our theme and style. Not only was he able to envision our ideas, but he also elevated the ideas and made them better. 9 Creations has so many varieties of products you can choose from. It is amazing! Truly spoilt for choice. Not all IDs/contractors had the variety. Most that we went had only a few sets of materials or colours for us to choose from. So, we were grateful for the options! I am pleased that the entire process had been hassle-free because our ID Brandon had took care of the essentials for us such as reasonable project timeline, timely updates on reno progress, measurements to help us with loose items purchases. Brandon was always on-site to ensure things went on smoothly and always updated us with photos and videos to give us a peace of mind. Quality of work was reasonable too, don’t really have defects to pick. Overall Brandon is a very responsible ID which I think he is a gem in this industry.

Based on the numerous positive review on Brandon, I reached out to him for renovation quotes. A sincere, hardworking and pleasant guy, he was accommodating to my schedule and meeting venue during the first few meet-up. In addition to the CaseTrust accreditation, his quotations are reasonable and he managed to come up with the practical ideas for cost-saving. Most importantly he knows his stuff well. Although I didn't engage Brandon renovation service in the end due to personal reason, I would like to recommend him based on the pleasant encounters with him.

Had a Kitchen renovation done end of last year. Replaced the floorings in the kitchen and laundry area. It does takes a while to get things done due to different contractors are hired for the job and also near end of year plus covid situation. Overall I will say Vincent Kiet is a patience but yet a straight forward person. He does take the time to provide you with answers even with his busy schedule and normally within the day (if he is held up). I will highly recommend Vincent Kiet for your renovation needs, he does explain what you are expecting for as well as provide a solution when there is an issue.

Its not easy to find a good ID that can be trusted. Been searching almost a month and finally we found a good ID for the Renovation. Yeah here are my ID Renovation named 9creation done by Yusri Kamarudin.Firstly we very comfortable, he gives a lot of idea. What shld we do and dont. And he super patience. Since Day 1 every single thing he inform us when and which date what will be done. Once done he will whatapp us and send a photo. This is what we like we did not need to worry so much. And he also bring us to search for tiles, kitchen stuff n toilet n etc. Once again thanks you so much yusri for the wonderful job and thumb up. My ID was Weiyi and he has been very patient from the very start despite being a young chap. My budget was pretty tight too and we discuss a few times. For my kitchen cabinet I made the changes a few times and have many round of discussions as I cannot decide what it is best for me. I manage to decide what I want and overall I am really happy with the finish work of my house. Carpentry work was good and Weiyi has been constantly replying to my query. I would recommend Weiyi and 9 creation.

We came across 9Creation through some forum reviews. In our initial meeting we felt like there was chemistry between our ID, Kurt, and us and we also liked the designs of their previous projects and hence decided to engage them. We told Kurt what we had in mind and he was able to suggest designs accordingly. Overall the renovation process was quite alright and there were no major issues faced. In particular we felt the carpentry work was quite good. We have yet to do the official hand over but so far follow up has been satisfactory with Kurt promptly rectifying any issues that we faced. One room for improvement is perhaps for 9Creation to offer more creative ideas and designs.

Definitely I would recommend 9 Creation. Firstly, I would say that my ID, Toh Wei Yi was very transparent about everything. When I told him about the concept and Budget that I have in mind, he was able to give a quotation without any hidden cost at all. He turned my visualization of my dream house into reality. He is aware and take note of how particular I am about certain things. He is always on the go. I was really blessed to have him as my ID! Please yourself first and be very transparent about your Budget when meeting up with your ID. List down the areas in the house that deserved to be focused. The maintenance part is the one that is a killer. Lastly, show some love for your ID. Share good rapport and address any issues professionally. It is common to have hiccups along the way as nothing is perfect. Work on the hiccups as a team and you are good to go! All the best!  

Aellex was a very patient and hardworking ID. His dedication to our project was impressive and he works things out of our good. He doesn't compromise on standards and always pushes for excellence in what he can. Was assured of his service with his regular. Note on the various timeline to work out your purchases for home equipments as there are strict timelines to follow if you were to need your home to be completed on time.

Roland is a very responsive guy and I have no other words to describe him. He is very efficient, helpful and the advices he gave was very useful. As for design wise, Roland will try to accommodate to my ideas and he will advise me on my budgeting, and share valuable ideas etc. Which is your favourite area of your newly renovated home? Kitchen and daughter's room. - My daughter's room has the most carpentry work done and the results are astonishing! It can accommodate a wardrobe, bed and even a study table. Most importantly of all, it does not look/feel cluttered up. - Kitchen, i opted to overlay my kitchen tiles with vinyl in order to accomplish the theme/look and feel of a Muji inspired interior. Overall, the kitchen looks clean, sleek and minimal.

Working with Kent of 9 Creation was a very good and pleasant experience. He was able to capture and propose the basic design ideas of each renovation part. The renovation was major including 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 balcony and other minor efforts. The quote was reasonable and that too after the variations. The project management was good. The quality and value in the workmanship etc was pretty good. The follow up efforts were also good. It is important to work with the ID for an overall successful project and in this aspect, Kent is a very pleasant and reasonable person to work with.

My wife and I met a few IDs but we chose 9 Creation because after the first meet up with ID Kent, I felt I could click with him and he was easy to talk to. And it was the best decision we made. ID Kent listened to our ideas attentively, then shared his expertise and experiences with us. He was always prompt in replying our messages. We were fickle and indecisive at times but he was always patient and smiling. He was also efficient in fixing any concerns raised or defects. ID Kent is very professional and experienced. Kent is an experienced, professional, and patient ID. Even with my first interaction with him as a first-time homeowner-to-be, he managed to help us understand the overall process and also showed us various works that he had done based on our preliminary sketchy description of what we want. He also followed up very promptly with us on the proposal and quote. Through the rest of the renovation, he was able to effectively help us scope down the style/theme of our new home and guide us to make critical decisions to move the project forward. He was also very patient and accommodating to some of our change requests and was very open to some of our suggestions/needs. In times when we were unsure, he would provide his valuable opinions for us to make a well-informed decision. During the process of the renovation, he would send regular updates on the progress of renovation to give us a peace of mind without having to constantly visit the renovation site. He would also check in with us regularly when unexpected situation arises or when he needs to clarify on certain areas which we did not discuss/confirm previously. Also good to note that he would help to pay a visit to neighbours to inform them of upcoming renovations beforehand, which might explain why we did not get any complaints during the entire duration of renovation. The end product which was handed over to us was good, slightly ahead of timeline and with no major rectifications required. Though we went over our budget (because we added quite a few things), but it was all worth it. The choice of materials, doors, glass doors were of good quality. Extremely impressed with the fact that he could materialise what we feel we wanted, into a place which we could call home

the extra mile in rendering his services. He is exemplary in facilitating the entire renovation process, liaising with different vendors to ensure the timely handover of my apartment despite a tight timeline. He provides regular updates and consults me on decisions pertaining to colour, design and other matters. Most importantly, Kent is always receptive to various feedback from me (including from my mum and from many others) and willing to (re)negotiate and make rectifications to meet our needs. Both my mum and I are highly satisfied with the quality of workmanship and electrical and lighting works. In sum, the entire renovation process is one that is relatively stress-free, as you would be at ease because you know that the process of building your dream home is in the hands of a reliable ID.

Li Chien was the only one who proposed good ideas which really stood out from the cookie-cutter approach taken by the other designers. The quotation from 9 creation was also more budget friendly compared to the other companies. Throughout the renovation process, Li Chien updated the status of the project in a timely manner. She also gave us good advice when it comes to furnishing the house. We really appreciate her effort to rush to complete the project as well. Even though it was not a full house renovation, it's quite amazing that she managed to complete the project within 1.5 months. We highly recommend her to those looking for an artistic, creative and responsible designer.
