We were really careful with our 2nd home’s renovations as we intended it to be a long-term home with our needs and preferences covered. Met about 7 IDs and had a good gut feel with Jasmine at The Alchemists Design right from the start. I had specifically asked for her after reading through the reviews and saw photos of her works on The Alchemists Design Facebook page. No regrets as the renovation journey is generally smooth and on schedule. Jasmine’s aesthetic sense is balanced with practicality, and with the budget in mind. She’ll also share her thoughts on what work or what may not work, and I like it this way so that we make considered decisions. We wanted a darker warm contemporary theme with lots of storage space without feeling overly imposing and she hit the bull’s eye with her tasteful proposal. She also included elements of fun in our children’s rooms as well. Bonus is she’s a really pleasant lady to communicate with. Workmanship of the contractors are generally good overall as well, with compliments from visitors or even furniture delivery guys! Definitely recommended! I would strongly recommend The Alchemists Design! The whole reno process is a seamless and wonderful experience. The designer Yilin is helpful, friendly and always be able to provide prompt attention and responses whenever we have enquiries or needed help on logistic arrangements. The carpentry works are great and love the painting works done by the team. Lastly, in fact we have a very tight dateline To adhere and Yilin managed to make perfects coordination and have the reno work done on time or rather before the given dateline. Great job!

Our ID is Fairoz and Haryati and we do not regret engaging them. We went to 6 different ID but we end up reverting back to them due to professionalism and they can give us what we want and envision for our kitchen which most ID end up not agreeing to. The whole process was smooth, explained in detail and even if some item that we have pick was not available at the last minute, they are quick to give us a solution to it. I am glad that I chose The Alchemist Design as my ID after speaking to alot of different IDs. My ID is Jaren and Jasmine. The renovation went on very smoothly, and in fact they were ahead of schedule despite it being the period after CNY and many contractors were still away. After meeting with several IDs, we decided to choose Ivonne from Alchemist Design. One big positive about her, is that she is very responsive to our messages and requests. She is also very flexible, we can swap items along the way when the renovation starts. She is also managed to fit our very tight timeline, and we can move in on time! One slight worry is that she didn't show us many 3D concepts, but we decide to trust and improvise along the way, and the result turns good.

I had the pleasure of working with Isabelle at The Alchemists Design, and she is a credit to her profession. Isabelle's strength is that she does not do this, instead actively working together with my wife and me to propose design solutions, or to warn us when something we want in our house is not a practical idea. Alchemists also dispatches its vendors (plumbing, carpentry, electricity, etc.) very quickly, sometimes even within hours after we give feedback. The defects rectification was quite quick as well.
