Sherlyn is totally unprofessional.Firstly , it was so difficult to make appt with her as she only insist on having appts on weekdays during office hours and no weekends . When I finally get to have a consultation with her on zoom for space planning , she put the zoom meeting on a time limit of 30mins. Throughout the whole discussion, I would tell her my requirements and she would asked me how I want to plan my space instead of her helping to come out with space planning solutions . On top of that ,she told me straight off that the job will cost more than $55k to 60K and asked if I am prepared to pay this amount . If not , I can find another ID. When I told her I have about 2 months for renovation and hope she can expedite the reno such that the house could be in living condition for me move in before the rest of the renovation finish. Her shocking response was that they would take 3 months of Reno and non-negotiable. If she doesn’t want to take this job in the first place , she would have said so and not waste each others time!
