By chance I met Raymond while walking into the Charlotte's Carpentry office. We had a great rapport from the start, and he was easy going, patient, very prompt in answering calls and messages, honest to the core, and understands the perspective of the client. When the CB was lifted, I had to move in quickly into my flat as my rental unit has to been given back to the landlord. Raymond made great efforts for my unit to be done to meet the deadline, despite having manpower shortages and strict BCA regulations. And he was understanding to discard some of the items we confirmed in the agreement, and never insisted on anything nor push for substitutes or add-ons.
