Me and my wife choose Adrian and J Ng (Dyel Design) among other IDs as they understood our needs and able to come up with a proposal/design that suits us. They are not only proactive, creative but also meticulous. We like how they went through every details with us. Despite some minor hiccups along the way, both Adrian and J Ng were responsive and helped us correct it in short space of time. We appreciate that they even went extra miles to ensure our new home is ready before our tentative move-in date. Overall they may not be the cheapest among other IDs we met, but we have no regret choosing them as both of them are helpful, responsible and accommodating to our request. -Facebook Review

We are very pleased with our new home in the design, workmanship for the work carried out and the suggestions from both Diana and Jovin. Although the timeline seem tight for them but they make it all possible. They were patient, always so responsive even tho our quires always came in way pass office hours. They are bold in their design and not afraid to test out new ideas. Hassle-free and no worries having working with them. I'll get straight to the point - they are everything you could look for in an ID. To summarize the entire experience with them, I'd use these words: professional, hardworking, efficient, responsible, and most of all, they listen (I couldn't stress enough on how important this was). Diana designs, and gets her team back at DYEL to generate their 3D drawings and images. Diana has an amazing eye and sharp mind that allows her to visualise and see your home; an empty canvas, as a potential piece of art. As we were building a loft, we didn't have the slightest idea of how to utilise the space, but yet our trust in Diana was not misplaced at all. She knew exactly how things would fit and allowed us to build the perfect loft which has since garnered heaps of praises from our friends. When things are finalized, and they start getting to work, they get things done at amazing efficiency. Diana and Jovin work exceptionally well as a team. Jovin is extremely committed to his work. He never misses a phone call or text, and this is so crucial when you are trying to get things to work or unsure of anything. (It's easy to take this for granted, until you realise just how important this trait is when people related to the renovation you are trying to contact just don't pick up their calls or respond to your texts.) Responsibility is one of the things which impressed me most about Diana and Jovin as a team. They never missed a heartbeat in getting things to work out perfectly. Even for the slightest details that went slightly wrong were rectified without us even having to ask. During most of the process, it was Diana and Jovin who were reaching out to us first and checking us on the progress of things - which was by all accounts, finished at an amazing pace.
