The ID in charge of my renovation is Champ Lai. He was recommended by a friend. The renovation process was excellent and he always follow up promptly with updates. I believe renovation works are not as easy as it think. Decision making by both parties and ID. During the planning, my wife and I hesitated which theme to go for... between modern and Scandinavian. Lots of changes along the way but our designer handled patiently with his professional advice. We are happy with the end result. No regrets!
