Thanks to our interior designer, ben li. A super knowledgeable, sincere, trustworthy and capable designer ive met yet so far. With his experience, he came out with a very interesting cum wonderful idea and concept for my house. Ive been through some IDs and hearing their ideas but Ben li ideas outshone them. With his confidence, he successfully assured me to have trust in him to design our house.

Rectification done promptly

As this is our first house renovation, my husb & i were quite undecided even after seeing a few IDs. Our ID Ben Li is very sincere & patient since day 1. He drew out our interior arrangement on the first day thou we had not confirm his service. The quotation was very transparent and done on the spot. Contrary to stories abt ID issues, Ben followed up closely with the renovation progress and update us with pict daily at the initial part and thereafter, every 2 - 3 days. Our v...isits were minimal, we did not have to worry about the progress at all as we knew Ben will be looking after it v well. In fact he was more meticulous than us in checking of defects by contractors. Rectification was done promptly.

In order to create an ideal and cosy home with a tight budget, my wife and I have approach several interior design companies to have a chat with few ID. Being clueless about how should we start off in deciding our design as we were both excited to our new flat, Austin Sia patiently first explained to us about their package, services and slowly guide us to input our ideas. From there, He explained... to us about all the pros and cons of our ideas and gives practical suggestions to accommodate our budgets. My wife and me were feeling comfortable with his advice, suggestion and recommendation with no rush factors. We were given lots of ample time to consider all details before we finalize in the contract.
