Dear Ray, I would like to take this opportunity to show my deepest appreciation and thanks to one of your id Mr Sheng Lee.. Despite my request for a speedy renovation from him due to urgent need to move in my new house ASAP, Sheng Lee managed to help plan and schedule the project swiftly. Sheng Lee was a responsible and responsive id as my additional request was always answered almost immediately. Three weeks after my BTO started renovation, Sheng Lee handed over the house to me on 26 August 2017 with an almost perfect condition. My ID was Alvince. He was very dedicated in his work and prompt in the regular updates of my EC. He gave excellent suggestions and sound advice. A very patient man to work with. He resolved all the issues calmly. I like the theme and designs that he came up with. Definitely a A+ designer.
Met our ID, Lex, at the My Reno Diary carnival and signed up on the spot. I have visited other IDs prior to this, and found that Lex was the most knowledgeable and understood our requirements well. He was also flexible in keeping within our budget as much as possible, while taking our inputs with an open mind. We ended up spending 4 hours consulting with him - at no point were we pressured or obliged to sign up, which was a huge plus compared to my previous experiences.
