Engaged Winstar as our ID

Engaged Winstar as our ID and he was fantastic at designing and creating the home we envisioned. Winstar did a great job coordinating and communicating with the contractor and even when there was unsatisfactory workmanship, it was corrected quick and not at our cost. Overall, I am satisfied with the result

Overall, I am satisfied with the result and will recommend Winstar and Soe from Noble Interior Design. They listened, gave honest yet respectful opinions during the discussion and design process. The final design turns out better than what we had visualized at the beginning and the process was enjoyably stressful (in a good way). Scheduled timeline was pretty timeline, only needed a couple of extra days due to nitpicking over small details. Generally, workmanship for contractors engaged were excellent; with carpenters slightly fall short of excellence due to rectifications needed during the renovation. Their good service and engagement level were consistent throughout - we were highly impressed. In addition, they have after sales service which other firms didn't have during shortlisting. Comparing pricing, we consider them under mid-range segment. This was due to selection of better quality furnishings, and further justified with the above aspects mentioned.
