I would like to thank my ID, Kim for the pleasant renovation journey. He is very responsive to questions that we have and he also help us in choosing of tiles and carpentry design as we only have a rough idea of what we want. The renovation completed within the time line even when it is during covid period. We decided on Quad R after meeting with several interior design firms. Even though the company was relatively new, the team won us over with their willingness to listen to what we wanted and work with us on how to bring our dream home to life. The entire renovation process was extremely smooth and efficient with regular updates, photos/videos and handover was actually done a week ahead of schedule. Rectifications were also quick and painless. Kudos to Kim and Mac for a job well done, for going above and beyond in delivering as promised and for putting up with all our questions and requests. We're completely in love with our 3-room flat!
