Lopez has been very conscientious from the planning, designing, and to carrying out of the renovation works. He has been patient in guiding us towards our most preferred design choices. The contractors were timely in their work delivery. His co-worker, Zen, also helped to manage the renovation part. I like the fact that they work in teams so that we could quickly clarify queries and the renovation work may continue. They are quick to rectify issues. An overdue review about the great Quirky folks as I've been living in my dream home that the team designed and renovated for me for over a year now. I started on the renovation journey in trepidation after reading so many horror stories online about errant IDs and contractors. But after I met Quirky, the team quickly put me at ease, and not just through words but their actions as well. Everything just fell in place and progressed so smoothly from getgo, from brainstorming with me, to crystalising my vague ideas, to shaping up every aspect with practical and aesthetic considerations, to attending to every issue promptly and updating me regularly every single step of the way. In short, they gave me a peace of mind in the entire renovation journey which (they didn't know) was so crucial to me as I was going through some personal struggles then. And even till today, they are still responding to my occasional calls for minor home repair works post the warranty period. Starting from a pure client relationship, we have progressed to being friends now. I'm so grateful to have found them and I'll not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who's looking for a high quality, reliable ID to turn their dreams into reality.
