Roy and Min Dee are my IDs and I am deeply impressed and grateful to them for helping me build my dream home. I was worried initially that my concept I have in mind is going to be too unique, as I was looking for a Japanese Zen theme, but they have managed to fulfill my expectations and put in place what I am looking for! Throughout the process, they were very patient and encouraging, and always go the extra mile to make sure my last minute requests are fulfilled.
Jane was my ID overseeing my house renovations. The timeline given to her was short and work was more. She did an excellent job in finishing 3 days before the actual date. The workmanship and overall renovation is very good or well done as I didn't have much time to drop in often Jane knowing this, took it upon herself to oversee the reno being done as planned. Though some hiccups were encountered, this was in no part the her fault as this was to be expected in every renovation... She even took care of those for me. Overall she is very responsible and detailed person!! Sure to recommend u
With so much publicity on bad renovation experiences, i took quite a while to decide on which ID to pick for my new flat.. i am glad my daughter did a comprehensive check and chanced upon TIP .. Right from the start , Sulomon has been very professional and assuring. He gave practical advices while understanding our requirements.. There were minor hiccups naturally but on the whole it was very well coordinated by Sulomon .. On time and beautifully done up .. TIP absolutely deserves this 5star rating ..
