Luova was one of the ID firms recommended to us via Qanvast. That was when we got to know Ben. Among the other 4 IDs that were recommended, we felt that Ben left us a good impression of understanding our needs and his professional attitude towards explaining to us the quote and ideas synced with what we were looking for.
Our experience with Ben and his team were nothing short from our expectations. We were going for a minimalistic look and went through several meetings to discuss on the design and also the selection of materials. Ben was meticulous and paid attention to the very minor details that would affect the look of our home. As and when he comes across something suitable for our home, he would bring it up immediately for us to consider.
Ben also did a great job to liaise with the contractors and helping out to receive our deliveries. We made a request to target shifting in before CNY and he didn’t disappoint us. We were happy with the workmanship and also how similar it looked to what was proposed during the 3D design.
After the handover, Ben also saw to our requests to have certain minor issues resolved for us and we are pleased to be staying in our new home now.
We would definitely recommend Ben and Luova to anyone looking for a reliable team to handle your renovation works.

SINCERE and HONEST
SINCERE and HONEST, this is my 1st impression about my ID Yang Guangxi. This is the main reason I choose Luova because I found him to be able to communicate well with.
Guangxi never hard sell. On the other hand, he always give professional and valuable advice on things to do and don’t to help you save unnecessary expenses to build your dream home. His design and decoration idea are excellent.
Unavoidable, the process of renovation is not 100% smooth and perfect by the contractor, but Guangxi always take immediate action to resolve issue after my feedback and request. And the service did not just end after the project had completed. He still respond fast to my enquiry after the job was done for half year by now (which I finally have time to write this review). Thumbs up for the after sales service.

Worked with Guangxi
Worked with Guangxi for a minor home improvement project and the entire process has been very pleasant. We decided to engage Guangxi because during the first meetup, he is very sincere, honest and offered practical suggestions which helped to reduce some cost. He coordinated the project well, is responsible and constantly keeping us informed. The entire renovation took only 3 days, kudos to Guangxi for managing the schedule and contractors well. Despite it being a small project, Guangxi still put in the effort to come down everyday to ensure things are okay. In addition, the skills of the contractors are also of high standards, the finished place definitely shines with quality. We are very please with our experience and will definitely recommend Guangxi as your ID!

Overall we are very satisfied and would strongly recommend Minghui for any renovation job.
We looked at a few ID's recommended by Qanvast and in the end chose Minghui from Luova and are very happy that we did. Throughout the process he was always very professional and yet very easy to talk to. He listened to our ideas and often gave us helpful suggestions that we would otherwise not have thought of. He was able to guide us through every step of the renovation project and always promptly answered our questions.
The design process went smoothly and he was able to translate our vision into a mood board that showed us how things would look before starting the renovation. As the work progressed, Minghui was always present and kept us informed each step of the way. Despite some unexpected events and delays due to the Covid-19 situation, he was able to keep things moving forward without any major issues. He managed to keep on top of all the workmen and dealt with many small details of materials, quality and deliveries without any effort on our part. His project management skills are top notch and he was able to deliver what he promised.
The final home renovation came out really well and met all of our requirements. Minghui was helpful and proactive throughout the renovation but his after-sale service was truly outstanding. We had to contact him several times when we found small issues and he promptly followed up on every small detail. Overall we are very satisfied and would strongly recommend Minghui for any renovation job.

Highly recommended!
We have finally moved into our long awaited house! We are one of the new home owners who are affected by the Covid19 situation. Our renovation was put on hold for a while. Nevertheless our ID, Guangxi managed to get things sorted out. They exceeded our expectations and managed to finish the whole project perfectly.
Guangxi is very approachable and easy to work with. He listens and accommodates to our peculiar ideas and gave advices and recommendations. We are pleased with the whole process. Highly recommended!
