Exquisite Interiors promises that they can solve almost any problem. They have an extensive portfolio that proves just how talented the designers are. Exquisite Interiors have taken on many interior design projects and showcased their work, which ranges from minimalistic to luxurious designs.
With this home located in Alkaff Crescent, they took on a more modern approach as the entire home has a contemporary and almost futuristic look. Let’s take a look at the
interior designer’s handicraft and creative vision with this home
Living Room
The first thing you see when you step into this home is this custom designed plaque. This golden plaque has the family’s name and makes the home feel more personal and elegant.
The living room has a straightforward layout, with the dining area and couch being separated from the front door by the partition. The use of unique spotlights and chandeliers further elevates the classiness of the home.
The living room is spacious and the designer left is clutter-free so that there is more emphasis on the space.
If you take a closer look, you’ll notice certain details such as the tables and insides of the chairs being of brighter, bolder colours. This lends some personality to the space and act as statement pieces.
Kitchen
The kitchen countertop is covered in beautiful marble details and warm backlit lights to give the kitchen a more intimate and personal feel. The sink and stove are placed next to each other to ensure convenience when cooking or preparing food.
There are many warm strip lights that run across the floors and cabinets of the kitchen. This is a great way of making a home look bright and futuristic.
Bedrooms
Similarly, the bedroom also features a lot of warm strip lights that complement that dark wood very well. The bedroom also has black accents that come in the form of window grills, fan blades and spotlights. Together, they create an intimate and chic appearance.
There is
also a vanity section in the bedroom, situated right next to the wardrobe to
make getting ready easy and convenient.
The other bedroom was converted into a work / gaming room which is more suitable for the family’s demographic and lifestyle. There is ample desk space for the intricate desktop set-ups, and also a display case for the extensive collection of figurines that the family owns.
Bathroom
We see
marble making an appearance again in the bathroom. Black and white marbled
sinks are placed against a mosaic-tiled backsplash to tie into the entire
elegant theme of the home.
The backsplash also has a light strip running across it to provide ambient light at night. The warm lights create the effect of a cosy space as well.
