The entire renovation process can be super daunting with many important decisions to be made. Right at the start, one has to decide if they want to go with an ID or a contractor. We decided to go with an ID as although we knew broadly how we wanted our flat to look like, we really wanted guidance throughout the process. The next big decision to make is who do I go with? Thus began the search and hours of endless scrolling on Instagram and Qanvast but there were just so many. How do we choose? Qanvast made it easy, recommending 5 to us. And among one of those 5 was Prozfile. From the first time we met with Jervin, my sister and I were super impressed with her ideas. She gave us what we were looking for while giving a little more. Many of the other IDs we met drew on the floor plan and ran through their drawn plan with us but Jervin went the extra step of creating a powerpoint presentation with photos to give us an even better idea of what she meant and of her ideas. This was super helpful as we were pretty hopeless at visualising. As we struggled with managing our dream home with our budget, Jervin came to the rescue - helping us figure out ways to cut cost while achieving the home we wanted. She helped and advised us every step of the way from choosing tiles to choosing paint colours. She was always patient when answering our questions and even accommodated to last minute requests. She worked with us to transform our blank canvas to a pretty aesthetic and beautiful home! And the best part is that the entire process was extremely painless. I remember my parents going through painful renovation works in the past and this time it was nothing like that at all. Everything was done super efficiently, safely (which is important since Covid 19 is still upon us) and well. The workmanship was great and our home looks just like the drawings done up for us. Even now that our home has been completed, she still helps us with any minor issues we may face or questions we may have. Thank you Jervin for doing such an amazing job! :) -Qanvast Review

Shortlisted a couple of design firms from big established firms to smaller startup firms. We love their very elegant and refreshing design by Cadine from our research and our first meet-up with Cadine helped us confirm our choice! Cadine's ability to listen and understand our needs, and her genuine interest to design and do up more than just a house, but a home, is the key reason why we engaged her, and our choice proves to be a wise one throughout the design and renovation process. Cadine is able to factor our needs and wants in her amazing refreshing designs! Her flair for design, eye for detail and years of experience enables her to deliver unique and refreshing designs that are grounded and practical for daily use. Due to our newborn, we have to hold some minor touch-up work which Cadine remembered and happily prompted us to do the touch-up after one year, and she is always willing to put in the extra effort for us. All-in-all, Cadine's flair for design, and her sincerity in relating to us home-owners, makes her a true-blue interior designer whom we are blessed and happy to have with us in building our home. -Qanvast Review

A friend who has recently renovated her new house recommended us to Mabel from Prozfile Design. My husband saw their renovation and decided to engage Mabel & team. It has been a pleasure working with Mabel. She was efficient, responsive (Even on weekends) and meticulous. She came up with good solutions to some problems we had. She kept us updated with photos via WhatsApp throughout the renovation process and addressed most of the issues whenever problems arise. We did not have to go down onsite to check on the status regularly. Mabel kept everything in check. She was also flexible in accommodating some of the requests after the handover (eg. adding another shelf and adjusting the height of the shelving). Most importantly, the reno looks great with good workmanship and was delivered on time. I’d also like to highlight that Mabel has suggested smart storage ideas Which looked good on the outside. That was key for us as we have 2 young kids with a lot of toys. My house now is clutter free. Really want to thank Mabel and team for the great job done. -Qanvast Review

Like many others before us, we were puzzled about choosing the right design firm to support us on our journey. We bought our first house, a 3 bedroom apartment which needed a major renovation. After talking with several designers which did not really "get what we wanted" we spoke with Mabel from Prozfile Design and felt an immediate "click". Mabel understood our design needs and aspirations and also our budget constraints. We have 2 young kids and also work from home, teaching piano. Mabel presented us with many options, but most valuable were her recommendations. How the grand piano will fit in the living room? Where to place the TV? Should we choose brand A or B? Which color will match better? The renovation stage went smoothly and on time, and Mabel kept us updated over Whatsapp almost daily with pictures and text. Yes, there were some small issues with bathrooms but Mabel was on top of those right away, sending the workmen to fix it the next day at no cost to us. We are very pleased with the end result and highly recommend Mabel to anyone on a tight budget and a short time for a renovation. -Qanvast Review

We looked at a few IDs and Mabel gave us the confidence that she could do a good job within a short time-frame. The experience of working with her was pleasant and professional. She was very open and candid at the same time for e.g. she was open to our ideas but if something didn't work, she wasn't afraid to say so and would advise to try something else. She was quick to respond to our messages, a vital point as my husband was stationed overseas for work most of the time during the renovation period. It was also the little thoughts that count too - she once bought lunch for us as we were busy waiting for various furniture/lighting vendors. The service didn't end after renovation. Till now, she was prompt to respond to our requests for minor rectifications. We are happy with our home and I would recommend her to build yours too. -Qanvast Review

Cadine understood the urgency and constraints that came with renovating an existing home. She had to work with an extremely tight timeline and she delivered promptly! The confidence she gave us when we were searching for an ID was the reason we chose Cadine. Extremely satisfied with Cadine’s service. The great lengths she would go to accommodate our requests, even rolling up her sleeves when required. Great to work with and her knowledge and experience is invaluable in guiding us towards good designs decisions. She has a network of highly skilled tradesmen. Workmanship is impeccable and quality is top-notch! -Qanvast Review
