I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Hui Wen and her amazing team from Carpenter Direct for my home renovation and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Hui Wen is a superstar! She’s incredibly patient and responsive. No matter what time I bombarded her with my endless questions and wild ideas, she always replied promptly with detailed answers that put my mind at ease. Her dedication to her clients is truly exceptional. The quality of workmanship from her team? Absolutely stellar. Every nook and cranny was meticulously crafted and the end result is beyond my wildest dreams. It's like living in a Pinterest board! Hui Wen managed the entire project flawlessly, ensuring everything went off without a hitch and right on schedule. One of the best parts of working with Hui Wen was the complete peace of mind she provided. She took care of everything, from start to finish, including all the coordination with third-party vendors. I didn’t have to lift a finger! Knowing she was handling all aspects of the project with such professionalism and care was a huge relief. If you're thinking about renovating your home, I can't recommend Hui Wen and Carpenter Direct enough. Their blend of exceptional customer service, top-notch craftsmanship, and seamless project management makes them a winning choice. Plus, they make the whole process fun and stress-free! If you want a renovation experience that’s smooth, enjoyable, and produces stunning results, look no further.

I strongly recommend Carpenter Direct! they are very kind, efficient and honest with their work. Compared to other IDs and contractor, Carpenter direct is significantly faster with very good finishing with better price ranges! The ID was patient and was able to suggest and improvise to the liking of me and my family!

We decided on Lara as our ID after reading up positive reviews of her on Qanvast, and comparing our first meet-up experience of her versus other IDs. Lara stood out for us as she has a very approachable and cheerful disposition (very important since it's going to be a long working relationship and we do enjoy interacting with her). She is also customer-centric as she offers practical advices which help us to save cost too. As first-time home owners, we have no detailed understanding of how things should function but she patiently guided us through the process. My wife and I are working full-time and did not have the bandwidth to monitor the progress on site. Lara took initiatives and always update us regularly with the progress furnished with photos and answer our questions/feedback patiently and promptly. Lara keeps her promises and the project ran smoothly and on schedule. Although our project budget is not big, my wife and I unanimously agree that Lara devoted her time and energy to this project and is someone who took pride in her work, despite the scale of the project. Lara has strong ownership in her work and even took it upon herself to rectify areas proactively and promptly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the services rendered by Lara and the end result of our home. This experience is definitely worth more than 5 stars (I honestly wish there's more stars to rate) and would highly recommend Lara!

Hui Wen is patient when we list out our wants and needs in our house. She is willing to make multiple changes to our render so we have a better idea of the final look of our house. She provides useful advice and is very responsive during our furniture shopping which makes our shopping process a breeze. It was definitely a pleasant experience to work with her and will recommend Hui Wen to people who is looking for an ID.
