Blk 391 07-430 Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 I get to know Casa Interior through Facebook. Initially I was a bit hesitate to go for it after hearing a lot of bad experience from friends for other Interior design firms. One day, I decided to pay a visit to casa office to find out more on their package offer. My unit is a 2nd hand HDB which almost 11 years old. Cleanliness still ok but condition is over 10 years design. So i plan to take resale HDB complete make over package which I think the price is reasonable and it covers most of the items I needed. ID Calvin was assigned to me. Originally I wanted Jason to handle my case as I read a lot of good reviews in fb. After talking to Jason, understand that Casa is working in teamwork and he as a company PIC is confident with Calvin capability. Hence I decided to let Calvin to handle my house reno project. For the first meet up in person, I got different view on Calvin compare to talking to him over the phone. He is knowledgeable and patient guy who explain every single detail to us on our doubt and clarifications. After 2 hours explanation, I decided to sign up the package with him even though Casa is the first ID firm I met in person. Booking fee just $100 to confirm the order. Sound incredible correct? After that, a whatapps group has been setup which include ID, Casa team members and my family members. All the progress has been closely follow up by Calvin and update inside this whatapps group. I think this is a very beneficial way for owner to know the latest development and progress. After the design is finalized, a final site survey has been conducted by Casa team. Site PIC Alan has been assigned to control and monitor the site progress. I am lucky to have him to oversee the site progress and help me settle all the site issues. Got one time which I was not in Sg, he help me to take the video on how to run the aircon piping and where to install the aircon units. This is really an amazing service from him. Finally after 1.5 months, my unit is completed. All things go well and in good order. Schedule on time with good quality. This is a great experience for my wife and myself. Once again kudos to Calvin and Alan! Really appreciate and thanks both of you to deliver a great project for my home. Even though reno project has been completed, our friendship is just started and continue to grow. I have recommended both of them to both of my friends who intent to reno their house. Hope they can enjoy the good experience same as mine. Keep your good work and all the Best. Thanks Casa!

We would like to thank Casa Interior Design and specially to our ID Fred from the bottom of our heart, for being patience and helpful to us. He responds to our request well. He really make us feel like home, someone who is very comfortable to deal with and also he does not force us in many ways like other ID did. We came across Casa in FB and found out the package it offers is very attractive due to our tight budget. Casa was the first company we went. Then, we met up more than 10 various companies and IDs, but in the end our heart still feel the sense of attachment with Casa. Thus, we decided to give it a try. We are satisfied with the customer service and workmanship given by Casa. With thanks Mr and Mrs Majid

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to our amazing ID, Roger, for the wonderful service he’s provided since the first day we engaged him for our home renovation. After looking through 4 different ID companies, we decided to make Casa our choice as it was the only company that really stood out to us. Roger’s warm and inviting nature was truly commendable. Never once in the whole course of our renovation, did we feel hesitant to voice our opinions. He never failed to provide us with opinions and assistance whenever needed. Roger was always a call/text away whenever we needed him. He would always give his 100% to us. Despite the bazillion changes we made to our initial plans during the course of our renovations, Roger worked around it without any worries. His dedication and passion towards what he does amazed us. He was even on all fours (literally) during the last few days just so we could get the keys to our new home as soon as possible. If that isn’t dedication, then I don’t know what is. We are currently so in love with our house that we can finally call home. Thank you Casa and especially Roger, for making our dream house turn into a reality!

We engaged Casa Interior (Jason and Ben) to design and oversee the revamping of our new home recently. Every day I wake up pleased with the investment we made and would like to thank Jason and Ben for their professionalism. From design to execution, the whole process was well coordinated. Constant and timely updates have been provided throughout, making me feel at ease even if I am not at site to oversee the progress of the whole renovation. Sincere thanks to both Jason and Ben who have been most helpful in accommodating my last minute change of requests, even managing to complete them quickly. I would highly recommend Jason and Ben from Casa Interior Design to all Home owners who have intentions to convert your house to a lovely home.

Working with Jason, Chris & team was a pleasant experience. Jason was thorough with the planning & sincere in his recommendations. Amendments to the quotation & final cost were discussed & agreed prior to the commencement. Chris's presence & supervision while the reno was ongoing gave me a piece of mind that my Home is in good hands. Reno was completed timely. All my concerns were addressed promptly. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the renovation works, the professionalism of the team & the customer service experience. The team has indeed met my requirements & exceeded my expectations. Kudos & thank you to you both!!

A huge thank you to our ID, Alan for the excellent work in our home and completing it on schedule. After sourcing a few id companies, my husband and I chanced upon CASA Interior Design through a Facebook ad and we never looked back. Alan was proactive in giving constant updates on the renovation progress and flexible in dealing with our impromptu request and changes. He is sincere, reliable and efficient. After sale service was done well when Alan immediately arrange for plumber when a small leakage was found in the toilet 2 weeks after completion. Overall, workmanship is good and it was as what we have envisioned our home to be. Highly recommended for their service!

Team: Jason Tay & Ben Choi 4 room resale As CASA proudly markets itself, they are truly the King of Resale Renovation. We have consulted a couple of interior design firms and only CASA portrayed the confidence to tackle a challenging project that resale units usually pose to be. The team did a wonderful job of re-routing/hiding the unsightly gas & water pipes commonly seen in old flats. As a result, we are able to seamlessly achieve the theme of modern contemporary. Moreover, Jason was always patient in providing his insights and experience (on practicality and ease of maintenance) during our selection of laminates and tiles. We are also grateful that his team was always willing to accommodate our ‘fengshui’ schedule. Special mention to Ben, who is very detailed and meticulous. He was always able to spot and correct the minor defects timely and voluntarily. All of the above-mentioned good service at a most reasonable pricing! Keep up the awesome work, CASA!

ID: Wilson 4 room flat My ID is Wilson and at first impression he is very friendly while explaining briefly what his company provide with the renovation. We engaged Wilson after we met 4 other interior designer. Me and my family is glad that he can finish up all the renovation within 2 months. Our ID Fred Tan did an amazing job updating us the progress. Accomodating to our required changes along the way. He was Patient and helpful to us. We are very satisfied with the works and Fred's assistance. We love how our home was done. Thank you Casa & Fred!

I would like to commend that the General Manager, Alexios Lim from CASA Interior Design did an excellent job in ensuring that we chose the right materials and guide us in making decision in renovating our house. As a designer, he is well versed in his technical knowledge and has a great sense of aesthetics. Alexios also offered great design ideas, and also took into consideration my preferences and requirements. It also helped that he offered sound advice so that the living space became one that is both pleasing and functional. From the inception of the project to the handover, he also very responsive and responsible in providing updates. I would also like to thank Alexios’s team of carpenters and electricians. The quality and workmanship of the carpentry and electrical works are reflective of skilled craftsmen who are passionate in what they do. Thank you CASA Interior Design for creating my dream house. Best Regards, Azhar & Family

Hello Roger, good that my parents have you as their interior designer. Even when I am not the one who liase with you and most of the times, my parents were the one liasing with you. I can see sometimes, you looked stress probably with the heavy loads of work you got, but you never failed to smile and still deliver and meet their expectations. Our home feels much better after the renovation works. Feels more like home!

CASA Interior Design was the final one out of the 6 ID firms that I have shortlisted. We are grateful that we made the right choice and have Chris as our ID. Since the first day I met Chris on my 1st appt, I was impressed by his frankness and knowledge from helping us choose the right tiles, giving recommendations and also coordination in the renovation process. Chris regularly update us on the progress as well as calling me to make certain decisions. Chris was also meticulous and also provides honest feedback if some things were not feasible. Overall great workmanship and service by him and his team. We definitely recommend others to choose CASA Interior Design for their house. Well done and awesome service!

Thanks Jason Tay and his team (Ben). 5 stars, process was cool and smooth. Didn't have to worry too much as he had gave the confidence he know what is he is doing. Can do , what not to do , to do , die die cannot do stated upfront. Really pays to invest in better sales support, advice and coordination. Glad this is right choice base on the many horror stories heard before on some works..

Jason is one of the most helpful ID that I have met. He gave his honest opinion on my house reno and told us we don't have to Reno on unnecessary things which I find it quite rare as most ID usually will suggest home owners a lot of ideas and charges us high bill. Jason and his team did an excellent job on the workmanship and organizing of appointments and will accommodate to our most convenient time. His efficiency and service is what I will highly recommend to future home owners!

I would like to thank our ID Chris for his professionalism work. I am thankful for his patience in walking us through the whole renovation process as I have absolutely no experience in home renovation. And he is meticulous at project management to ensure we get to move in on time. Chris showed great care at inspecting the quality of work of the sub-contractors, and also was on site frequently to monitor the renovation and gave us timely update on the progress. It gave us a peace of mind to have Chris look after our property during the renovation period. His can-do spirit and trustworthiness makes him a great asset for any company.

ID: Chris Tan & Ben Type of property: 4-room resale unit, complete makeover resale package We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to the whole team of Casa who have put together a wonderful place we call HOME now. What we liked most about Chris was that he was not pushy at all. In fact, during our first meet up, he encouraged us to meet other IDs for further quotes to compare. All in all, we met a total of about 15 IDs and of course we finally chose Chris to handle this for us. His quote really proved to be the value for money. We are totally satisfied with the service rendered by Chris, Ben and the whole Casa team. Really appreciate Ben for covering Chris during his absence coz of his reservist & his leave. Chris designed the home for us and gave us alternatives to what can or cannot be done as we had lots of hacking to do with a tight Budget. He also helped us solve some issues we faced with our Neighbours during the renovation process. We were very assured by Ben's reassuring nature during the overseeing of the renoworks. We were initially quite worried when Chris told us that he would not be around for about 2-3 weeks of the renovations. Ben was really nice to oversee the renoworks and rectifying issues which cropped up, he also did a wonderful job in co-ordinating and we saw that he was on-site Everyday. Ben is also a "perfectionist" who made sure every single detail is looked after. He also made sure he planned all the works accordingly to meet our tight deadline. Duration for the whole renovation process was exactly 6 weeks. Got to also mention that each team of workers were also very nice, friendly & hardworking. We just had our housewarming last weekend and my loved ones were really awed by the wonderful design and workmanship of Casa. Thumbs up to the whole Casa team, including all the workers who worked tirelessly to build our dream home for us. Would definitely recommend Chris & Ben to anyone for their renovation needs. With thanks, Mr & Mrs Ismad
