Ref: Testimonial for Renovation work done at Blk 626 #02-172 Chua Chu Kang St 62 This is my personal testimonial for the exceptional service rendered to me by Sabrina Mieko Kee, a Senior Design Consultant of In2Space Interior. It was in early October 2017 when I came across In2Space at Beauty World, sourcing for a renovation quote for my mom’s place. This was when I met Sabrina & Sam. I explained to them my requirements to do up my place and make it elderly friendly as my mom is in her mid 80’s. We discussed on the budget and the timeline for the work to be completed. She got back to me soon with a quote within my budget and it was a quote that I was quite happy with when compared to some other quotes that I had source from other well-known ID companies. This was when I decided to sign with In2Space for my renovation works. She had the 3D drawings done up in quick time and I have to say, it was WELL DONE! It was what I was looking for, an open concept kitchen with an island and a well thought out toilet design. I initially wanted to have the vinyl flooring and air condition installed by my own vendors, to save cost. Sabrina asked me for the quote that I had source for and to see what she could do to help me. She got back to me soon enough and was able to match my quote. Well, this was great news for me as now she saves me the trouble and time of coordinating with different vendors. So I left her to do her job. They fetch me and my mom to select the materials like tiles, kitchen & bathroom accessories for our home. She helped my mom select the materials and explaining the color combination and help us source for a good bargain. This helps us to make up our minds with confidence on the choice that were made with regards to the materials and accessories for our home. By early January 2018 everything was almost done, except for some final touch up. Then in the midst of shifting my marble dining table, its legs gave way. I had a hard time sourcing for a replacement, then Sabrina came to my rescue, she asked her carpenter to help me out. The end result was way better than I had expected, she also asked him to make a ramp for my mom wheelchair into the master toilet. So thoughtful! I then had another problem, hard time looking for someone to do up the foam for my mom old bamboo sofa that she was so attached with. Most vendors quoted ridiculously sky high prices. Sabrina source a vendor for me that quoted me a reasonable price for both foam and cushion covers. Patrick the vendor was so nice and considerate to our needs and he did a very good job. My mom was so pleased with the end result. That matters a lot to me, to see my mom so happy and glad at how her whole place turned out. To me, Sabrina did a great job, from designing, coordinating and for doing a job with a heart (not many IDs have this) and a thoughtful mind to the requirements for my aged mom. She went out of her way to help me source for the vendors for my sofa and dining table despite her busy schedule. Sam helped me to drill the walls for my mom paintings and shelves, he didn’t have to, but he offered a helping hand, for that I am thankful for him for helping me out. I now not only have a house that feels so warm and homely but also made 2 friends in Sabrina and Sam. They are without a doubt an asset to In2Space. I would not hesitate even for a moment to recommend their services and In2Space Interior to anyone that is looking for an ID that is reliable, trustworthy and does an outstanding job. Many Thanks!

I am very happy and satisfied with the proposal and design. Great workmanship. Good job by cherly

After looking through a couple of renovation IDs, we came across Sabrina ( recommended by one of our friend) We had about 3 weeks to spare on renovation before we move into the house. We were apprehensive on the schedule for completion but her assurance and follow up gave us confidence. She guided us on the various aspect from finding accessories for the kitchen and bathroom to other décor throughout the project. Through there were some initial glitches, she accommodated our last minute request and completed the work to our great satisfaction. She is patience and gives customer satisfaction great priority. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would be thinking of renovating their home.

Anyone whom has gone through home renovation/s will say that it's an learning journey. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Seeing things put together and making choices to build that ideal home. Sammy Ong from in2space not only made it fruitful, it also made me realized how much planning one needs. While some measurements can be precise, she made the effort to double check dimensions so that household appliances made the fit. She is updated on design trends but still advise based on functionality. Being practical and knowledgeable at the same time. Hiccups during the start of the renovation, Niklas from In2space handled the issue seamlessly. Conversations with neighbors and taking the additional time to make things work gain *credits from me. *hacking a hole down to the neighbor's kitchen ceiling and solving this without me laying a finger on it. This is quite a bonus. The overall experience is great and I had good time choosing materials for carpentry, lighting, design principles. Sammy and Niklas provide good advice and messages were very prompt in the midst of the process. Thank you both!

I would like to thank In2space and especially my ID, Keith, for helping build a dream home for my family. In the beginning, I met many IDs from different ID firms but what was special about Keith was that he was not pushy and was also very patient to go through all my queries before I even decided to engage his services. During the whole renovation process, he was very responsive and always update me on the progress and reply to my calls/messages promptly. Furthermore, he was willing to listen to my ideas and even delivered some of my more challenging requests. Even when there were some hiccups, he was responsible enough to rectify the problems with minimum delays and no excuses. After I have moved in to my new home, I have many compliments from friends and family. I would definitely recommend my ID, Keith and his company In2Space as they are a reliable and trustworthy. Thank you once again

Niklas is the ID responsible for our house's renovation. Throughout the process of planning he gave us realistic advices and not agreeing to our ideas blindly. His post renovation services were excellent too! We had some disatisfaction after moving in, but he resolved it immediately even though handover of the house has been done. Thank you for your advices, our house came out better than what we expected! =)

It was a pleasure having Cheryl from in2space manage our home renovation. She was ever on the ball, receptive to feedback and suggestions, and always responds promptly to our queries. She is transparent and clear in her communication, provided us practical and helpful advice throughout the process, and keeps us up to date with the progress. We had engaged Keith as our ID from in2space to design our flat. During the first meeting, he showed us the different materials and explained to us the pros & cons of each material. We can feel his sincerity & he is a very patient guy. That was one of the reasons we had chosen him. His ideas was very practical. During the various discussion of the design, Keith would even go extra mile to help us source the suitable material for us. We were impressed of the results of the workmanship, thumbs up to keith & the team.

I like the staff who serve us with passion and are very professional in what they are doing. Jane and Keith done up my house with excellent ideas. Special thanks to Jane who also take care of the furniture design and arrangements. A big thanks to In2Space that I can move into my new house for the new year 2018.

We have chosen In2space as the interior designer company to design and renovate our BTO. The ID Sammy Ong was recommended by one of my friend who has also selected her as the ID for her house. The key reason for choosing in2space is 1) Due to the fair pricing model and 2) The professionalism showed by Sammy during initial design meeting and consultation. Furthermore, she has years of experiences and many photos of completed work in her portfolio. From 3D drawing to final execution of the renovation, she was responsive to our questions, enquiries and make changes to suit our requirement. Some of the changes are also taken consideration of young couples like us that might not have deep pocket to spend for BTO renovation. Even when we are not in Singapore for almost a month, work was carried out in orderly manner and the progress were updated in group chat to inform us. We also encountered some hiccups by contractors and flaws in execution but we managed to overcome them in fruitful discussion and workable solutions in solving the problem with minimal costs. Sammy is flexible and not hard sell on any of the ideas but takes a rather understanding opinion on not overstretching our budget. End of the day, we managed to clear the rectification one by one and get the relevant contractors arranged to fix them for handover. Our house is now finally completed and we are staying in it. Good job and thank you In2space and Sammy!

Sammy was our ID from In2Space and throughout the process she has been very responsive, helpful and professional. She helped to enhance and develop our very basic ideas of how we wanted to use the space, and gave innovative suggestions. She was also very knowledgeable about important details, such as what dimensions and materials would work. She was also very patient with us the entire time, and would take the time to explain things to use and address our queries. The contractors she contacted for our flat were also very experienced and the workmanship was very impressive. They were also willing to correct the minor defects we encountered after moving in and with great efficiency.

Engaged In2Space ID and have Henry, the owner of the company to not only design but also over see the whole operation of the renovation. Their workmanship and professionalism including Henry work ethics is second to none. I'm really pleased with the overall turnout of the flat. Any pertaining issues, I just need to contact my ID and he will rectify it within the next working day. He is really patient and a nice person to work with. Not only that, they will draw out a schedule... so that you be able to follow/track the progress of your flat so far. Even during our absence, my ID was there to ensure everything goes well hence I need not shuttle up and down just to follow on the progress at all.

Been scouting for ID for weeks where by chance we stumble to meet our ID "Sabrina" of In2space whom invested her time in understanding our needs and within minutes translate it into an art work on the floorplan. Not only the design was borne on the first meet up but Sabrina was also able to provide us the itemize price of masterpiece we just made in minutes. Despite the tight budget, Sabrina still guided and help us in sticking to our budget but not compromising on the work and instead providing alternative ideas in reaching the same result. Also I like give credit to her in accomodating to our request in shifting our stores while renovation is in progress which filled up two bedrooms and at the end of the renovation having to sustain zero damage. Thank you and appreciate the effort in following up all our feedbacks and materialize it.

After a few months of researching and looking for our preferred ID, we finally found 1 that we are comfortable with. Price reasonable and the idea that we had in mind was easily understood. With the help of our ID Sammy Ong, choosing materials, laminates and colors was a breeze. With a little hiccup here and there, it was all settled as discussed. The outcome of the project was exactly what we had in mind and our house was all nicely done up. Special thanks to Sammy Ong. Great job!

Working with Sabrina was a breeze. She was meticulous and she can put to pen what i had in mind. Her ideas are fresh and practical which in return did help me in my tight renovation budget.

Thank you to our ID Niklas Goh. He is patient in his works. He always provides quality service and details. He also helps us plan a very nice and cosy home. Besides his detailed planning, he follow up closely on ensure job is completed on time. Thanks once again Yee Thien & Hui Ling

We engaged Keith from In2Space ID and the service from him was excellent. He was very prompt and patient in his designing and there was constant follow-up and pictures taken during the process. What was more impressive to us was the follow-up after the project has been done to do minor touch-ups on our house. Will not hesitate to recommend Keith to our friends and thank you Keith for a job well done!

Of all the interior designers I have approached, Sammy is the only designer who knew what I wanted. Others recommended things I don't want or am unsure. Hence I chose In 2Design. It was reassuring working with Sammy. She was able to provide me quite a few sound advice and recommendations. Even though it was a simple home will no frills, the husband & wife team (Nik & Sammy) were patient to answer my questions and acceded my requests at times when I had my plan changed. Nik was responsible throughout the course of the renovation, ensuring smooth transition from one stage to the other. Thank you to Sammy and Nik for making my first dream home come to reality

Was scouting around for a reliable ID till i was introduced to Sammy by a friend. Her attention to details and recommendations to material or colour used is highly commendable and definitely professional in my opinion. Despite many changes to our concept, Sammy advised us accordingly and adjusted her 3D drawings till we finally decided on the final design. Final outcome vs drawing is higly satisfied and happy!

I was introduced to Sammy by my close friend. Apart from contacting Sammy, i have also went to others to compare market rate and hear other views before renovation. Reason for choosing to select Sammy and her team for the project was sincerity. Sammy is very earnest in listening to my specific requirements and is able to brainstorm with visualisations to enhance the resale unit.

Honest pricing, superb quality, at a faster than expected time! Extremely blessed to have met both Henry and Paul to help me fabricate a wine cabinet and display cabinet for my new HDB. Paul was meticulous in his 3D sketches and went beyond regular service standards to ensure the final products were exactly as my wife and I wanted. Can't be more impressed! Highly recommend In2space for delivering beyond what you expect in an already over-saturated market. Thank you!

I asked Henry for help because the "ID" I contracted was, to put it succinctly, lacking in all departments.
