Connie was our ID. She was dedicated, patient and responsive throughout our reno journey. Connie was able to bring our ideas to life and the final product looks exactly like the pictures. She understood the theme we were going for and gave good suggestions, down to the colour of our furniture. Also, there were no surprises with the final bill and we find it well priced compared to the other shops we have been to. We will definitely recommend Connie to our friends and family.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Karen from Underrated Studio for the renovation of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Karen exhibited a high level of professionalism and attention to detail that set the tone for the entire project. She took the time to truly understand what we wanted, our preferences, and lifestyle needs, and is able to translate our ideas into a cohesive and stunning design that was nothing short of impressive. The layout, color schemes, and choice of materials perfectly reflected our taste while also incorporating practical solutions that we hadn’t even considered. She was also patience in our procrastination of material selections, and at the same time, guided us on what selection may turn out better in terms of what we wanted. Throughout the whole renovation process, communication was clear, though at times she may have delayed in responding, but she will always come back as soon as she can, typically within the day, made us felt informed and involved in the progress. What stood out most to me was Karen's dedication to client satisfaction, as well as her experience in managing her group of contractors that does the works. The end result is a beautiful, functional space that we are happy and love living in every day. We definitely recommend Karen to anyone seeking a responsible ID to assist on their home renovation journey.

I was looking for an interior designer that is closed to my home out of convenience. I came across Unrated Studio at Midview City that has the best Google rating of 4.9/5 and had very good reviews. Jayne and Karen handled our Renovation. They were experienced, meticulous, professional, creative and accommodating. Our home are well renovated with walls painted with matching different colors. We felt like we are staying in an IKEA showroom and it’s a pleasant experience. Unrated Studio do deserve a 5/5 rating.

Never knew that there were so many things to look at when renovating a house, even for a small 3room BTO flat. It was a daunting task for me but thank God i was recommended Jayne of Underrated Studio by my sister. Jayne is knowledgeable, experienced and very patient, she works hard to make sure everything is done accordingly to what we have discussed. The result... i can now move into not just my new house but it's my new home. All thanks to Jayne for her great effort in arranging for everything! Thank you Underrated Studio!

At first we were so worried that it would be hard to find a responsible ID who provides quality materials with reasonable price. Luckily we found Yu Chen .We are very thankful that Yu Chen delivered top-notch renovation and consultancy service.Yu Chen is very honest & responsible designer, he gave us many advice on the pros & cons of our options & requirements. We are also pleased that he took extra effort to go around the tile shops to find similar tiles we saw online. The whole renovation experience was great, it took a little longer than expected due to manpower shortage which i can totally understand and the results were worth it. Appreciate the great service provide by Yu Chen and his team!

We engaged Underrated Studio and Connie was our ID. She’s reliable and responsive to all our enquires. There is no way we could have done it without your assistance. Thank you for always going above and beyond!

After sourcing from multiple IDs, what drew me to Underrated Studios was their cheaper pricing. But i was worried about the quality as well as the experience of the ID assigned to me ( Connie). However my worries were wiped away once getting to meet her. She was very encouraging of letting me build my dream house while giving me advise on how to make plans, a reality. She also gave good financial advise and told us to buy certain things online as it was more value for money, with our budget in mind. This really impressed me as she treated us more like friends rather than a employee/employer relationship. The quality of the house was very good. There were some mistakes due to misunderstanding but Connie and her team was quick and willing to rectify it, even weeks after the final payment was done. I have already recommended to my friends and they too have signed a contract, showing how impressive Underated is.

Maisarah and Shalini did an amazing job as our IDs . They helped us alot in choosing our tiles to make sure it match with our kitchen cabinet . Both of them have an eye for detail. Maisarah update us regularly throughout our reno process . As we stayed in during reno , Maisarah tried her best to expedite the process. The best thing , my backsplash turn out exactly as the picture i showed Maisarah . LOVE It ! Thank u Maisarah & Shalini !

We are glad that we engaged Connie from Underrated Studio to help us with our flat! She was very meticulous throughout the process and offered good advices as well. She was also very responsive and is always patient to clear our doubts. She even designed and drew a painting for us at our dining area which received lots of praises from our friends and relatives! Would highly recommend her if you are looking for an ID!

Jayne impressed us from our first meeting, and did not disappoint throughout the whole renovation and rectification process. She is meticulous, thorough, and very reliable! In every area- from design proposals, to material selection, to project management & execution-Jayne always provided valuable input and support. We highly recommend entrusting your project to Jayne.

Our ID, Shalini, is very competent. She understands the theme we’re going for. Always tries her best to cater to our needs with the budget we had. Overall 8/10 experience, would definitely recommend!

Very good experience with Connie from Underrated Studio. She is prompt in answering our request and also pay attention to details. Best of all, the house turned out exactly the same as the 3D drawing! ID that you can rely on!

Once the renovation was finished, we conducted some post-renovation checks, but unfortunately, we weren't thorough enough and missed some issues. Thanks to Jayne's assistance in reevaluating, we were able to identify these problems. She promptly took action, bringing the issues to the attention of the contractor and carpenter, leading to their resolution

We are absolutely thrilled to write a review for our exceptional interior designer Jayne. Her work has completely transformed our living space and exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, it was clear to us that she were tuned in to our frequency on what we want how we have envisioned our home to be. Jayne showed a combination of creativity and expertise, attention to detail in their design choices, the perfect selection of colors have brought a new level of comfort and beauty to our home. We were impressed by her ability to listen and understand our vision, and then elevate it to something truly extraordinary. To say the entire process was a breeze would be a blatant lie. However, the key is on how fast we were given options that were fitting our budget and at the same time does not jeopardise functionality and aesthetics. It's clear to us that she has passion for her craft, and it shines through in the remarkable results underrated studio delivers. We wholeheartedly recommend Jayne to anyone in search of a talented, dedicated, and visionary professional who can turn dreams into reality. Our home is a testament to their brilliance, and we couldn't be happier with the work she has done. Thank you for making our space a haven of beauty and comfort.

Karin has been thoughtful and very helpful throughout the renovation process. I am glad to have worked with her, as she has helped to resolve a number of issues. Keep up the good work!

So glad I crossed paths with Yu Chen from Underrated studio ! He was super patient and helpful from the beginning. He also managed to coordinate and deliver within my expected deadline. Can’t thank him enough. The carpenters and plumbers were so accommodating too and the workmanship was good. Reno journeys are usually quite stressful but I have to say that my Reno with Yu Chen was quite fuss free , he is responsive and professional. Thanks a lot I would recommend their services

Much thanks to Yu Chen for being such a wonderful Interior Designer! The renovation process was daunting at the start but his help definitely evened out a lot of obstacles for us. Even though he is young, he has adequate experiences and would often provide valuable insights that we would otherwise overlook. Instead of a service , the journey felt more like a partnership which we appreciate greatly, he would often take it upon himself to go the extra mile to help make our lives easier. He was integral in facilitating the crystallisation for our dream home and I’m sure he would be able to help many more do so
