We were introduced to Bryan Khor through recommendations on Qanvast. From the beginning, Bryan has shown genuine dedication to helping us create a beautiful home. However, we have found that scheduling could be more precise and changes to the schedule could be communicated more proactively. Also no fault of his, mainly suppliers/contractors and also our renovation time falls during CNY which affects the whole timeline. Their customer service stands out in their commitment to sourcing materials like lighting, going beyond basic design needs. The ID firm has also been flexible with the payment schedule. Overall, Bryan is always willing to assist with our requests and demonstrates honesty. THANK YOU Bryan Khor for all his hard work and ensuring that our house is beautiful. Just a note, improving pricing clarity and proactive scheduling would elevate the overall customer experience further.

Eugene has been amazing since the start when we met and throughout our whole Reno process. He was very patient with our request and also solving and hiccups along.in ashort span of time

Not only nick was late for our first vid call meeting, he was late the 2nd time as well. You told us you needed 2 weeks (because of reservist) but its been more than a month already. You seemed sincere but please work on your punctuality and time management. The least you could do is give us a heads-up. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Edit: is Cindy and Benny btw. I'm not even sure why you would want my contact number here and I don't even think you will notice that I added this edit. FYI we can't have a conversation here. This would also mean that Nick has forgotten us completely.

Thank you Aden Soh for his advice for our renovation journey. He offered us useful advice and went on extra mile to help us getting some lights. He responsed to every of our enquiries and demands. Overall we’re satisified with the final work.

I highly recommend Ivy for anyone in need of a talented and dedicated interior designer. Ivy has an incredible knack for creativity and idealism, and she truly excelled in bringing my vision to life. I wanted to use unconventional, bold colors, and she handled this challenge with remarkable skill, blending everything seamlessly. From the start, I emphasized the need for practicality and cost-efficiency. Ivy exceeded my expectations here as well. Although we did exceed the original quotation by only 5% due to some additional elements I requested, this slight increase was well worth it. The quality and workmanship of the carpentry were outstanding and surpassed what I had anticipated. Ivy's attention to detail, even in the smallest aspects, was a game-changer for me. Her meticulous approach helped me avoid overlooking critical elements, making the entire process much smoother and more manageable. She was incredibly diligent, regularly returning to the unit at various stages of the project to keep me updated and ensure everything was on track. Her dedication and commitment to her work were evident throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a responsible and creative interior designer who pays great attention to detail, Ivy is the one to choose. Her expertise and meticulous approach make her an excellent choice for anyone seeking a professional who truly cares about delivering top-notch results.

Bryan Khor is very professional in his advice for our Renovation needs. He is knowledgeable, responsive and very experience. He replied to our doubts and needs super fast. Highly recommended for his service rendered

The contractor staff Mr.Bryan was very responsive and has the patience to explain to me in detail when I had doubts or questions. And the service he gives is good. He is also quite accommodating when I have new requests along the way and try to make it work if possible. Even though our renovation took longer than planned and there were hiccups along the way, I am glad that the end product is exactly what we wanted and as planned.

Came across Todz'Terior via HomeMatch.sg 5 companies were being referred to me, and each company came up with their own proposition. I selected Todz'Terior as they were: 1. Competitive Pricing 2. Responsive 3. Knowledgable Highly recommend Eugene Tee, who has shown me that he is capable of meeting my tight timeline and responsive to all my queries.

We engaged YZ to be our ID for our home reno. He was easy to talk with and gave cost effective suggestions on our preferences. He was helpful and very responsive when some issue arises and proceeds to help us resolve it. All in all, though having renovations is quite tedious and stressful, YZ was able to make it more bearable for us and we are now enjoying the improvements made in our house.

No regrets going with Bryan Khor as our Interior Designer. We went to a few ID firms before finalising on Todz'Terior, and looking back at the different IDs we spoke to, I am really glad we went ahead with Bryan. Bryan is very responsive, willing to accommodate to our every wish, some quite last minute if I may add, as long as they were possible. One prominent example would be his willingness for us to borrow the scaffold for other vendor use. He is also very easy to talk to, and not insistent in us to follow his design choices, which I've heard some IDs do due to their "knowing better" from years of experience. I think more importantly, he was very willing to take on our request, as our unit came mostly furnished, so it was a rather small project, compared to say fresh BTOs with reno quotes reaching 6-digits. Possibly this was why some IDs did not even come back to us with a quote. There were some delays in the project, but it was entirely reasonable, and its to no fault of Bryan. If I had to say something "negative", it would be that he's more fluent and comfortable speaking mandarin, and I'm not! - absolutely to no fault of him of course. That said, he's also fine with communicating in English. Will definitely recommend Bryan Khor from Todz'Terior to anyone looking for an ID.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bryan Khor from Todz Terior for the renovation of my brand new condo @ Dairy Farm Residences, and I must say, he exceeded all expectations. From plumbing to carpentry, electrical work, and even assisting with purchasing essential items, Bryan provided a comprehensive and seamless service. His attention to detail and ability to coordinate every aspect of the project from start to finish made the entire renovation process a breeze. If you're looking for a one-stop solution and excellent service, I highly recommend Mr. Bryan Khor for your interior design needs. https://g.co/kgs/Nbbj2xz

Nicolaus gave constructive ideas yet the finished design is aesthetically pleasing. The cost is kept at the minimal and within our budget. We are glad that we have chosen Todz'Terior as our Interior designer for our new home.

Todz’Terrior was one of the firm matched to me by Homematch. Eugene was assigned for this and he understood how I want to design my resale flat and work together with me to finalize the nitty-gritty details. He provide many requotes as and when there are small changes to my requirement. He was earnest and I decided to award the job to him. He handled the renovation work well, giving me constant updates (I only go to the house once a week). Service and workmanship was well done and I’m happy with the overall result. Thanks Eugene!

Engaged Eugene from Todzterior for our first bto home. There were some delays but Eugene ensure everything will be ready within the timeframe given. Satisfied with the whole process and it is exactly what we wanted. Even after the whole reno, he is still following up and help to rectify some problems in our home. Thank you Eugene!

Todz’Terior is no stranger to my family and I! We have full trust with our ID, Wesley, to ensure work is done properly & on time. I had just given birth when renovation started & we were so thankful that Wesley was our ID as we could trust him to liaise with workers and the renovation was done without much intervention from us owners. Would most definitely & happily recommend Wesley to anyone who asks as he is open to receiving ideas from us owners and also provides us with best case scenarios for our house. He is never reluctant to check costings on the “what-ifs” ideas we had with regards to our house and would be honest on the feasibility of it. He was also quick to respond whenever a problem arises and defects, if any, were fixed speedily. We truly had little to no worries during the whole process. Thank you Wesley & Todz’Terior for making our renovation a good experience. Would definitely not be the last time youre hearing from us!

Todz'Terior was 1 of the 5 companies that were matched to us while we were searching for an ID. The ID attached to us, Wesley, has been very helpful from the first engagement via WhatsApp messaging. He had patiently understood our concerns and how we had conceptualised our house. But most importantly, he had made our dreams come true. Hubby got his wainscotting and the Modern Victorian touch, while we managed to put up a 4th bedroom to accommodate our big family of 7. Wesley was careful to ensure that we did not burst our budget by much. He explained to us very clearly what the payment scheduled was like, which my husband and I both really appreciated. During the renovation period itself, Wesley had gone on-site numerous times to ensure that things were on schedule. He even sent us photo and video updates to keep us in the know. On the whole, we are truly happy with the services rendered by Wesley and Todz'Terior and most importantly, we love how our house finally came together. Thank you, Todz'Terior and Wesley!

I'd say that Yz Fong from Todz'Terior did a fantastic job in helping us arrange and doing lots of back end behind the scene liasing work. It's a lot of trouble and appreciate so much for the help in helping us with our Tao Bao bought items. I really appreciate the help from YZ and replying to our every comments and request especially when we heard that he had his own family personal things that could be bothering him, his responsiveness is top notch. Apart from that, the remaining 1 star could be given if the pricings etc could be more flexible. While I understand that's business, it's something the company could work on to be more competitive in the market. Overall, the reno is nicely done and thank you once again Yz Fong. Your help is tremendous. As this is also our first home. Thank you!

Bryan Khor is very professional in his advice for our Renovation needs. He is knowledgeable, responsive and very experience. He replied to our doubts and needs super fast. Highly recommended for his service rendered.

Kelvin was the lead PM and designer for our project. What stood out to us was how responsive he was to our questions and his renovation experience. During the designing stage, we had several workshops and we were pleased with his recommendation of materials and the attention to detail. In the construction phase, Kelvin would provide regular updates on status and works to be completed. He also swiftly dealt with any contractor issues. He was able to mobilize his renovation team at short notice and deliver our project under 2 months. Overall, very happy with the experience, would recommend Kelvin for your next renovation project especially if you value good workmanship and timely delivery. Louie Chan

I am glad that Wayne from Todz provided us with good before and after sales service. He is responsive and also provide professional advise. Only thing that they need to improve is their metal workmanship.

We would like to express our huge gratitude towards Bryan Lee, owner of Todz’Terior Pte Ltd for taking up our incomplete project and turning it into a beautiful home. Before this, we were worried that no one would take up our project as it was badly managed by an errand renovation company. Everything was left incomplete, lots of defects and not many renovation companies would take up such project. We felt incredibly lucky to have been approached by Bryan. Our dream home was turned into a reality in less than a month. We are grateful that Bryan did not take advantage of our situation and was very sincere to take on the project. The renovation process was fuss-free due to good communication as well as quality assurance. Furthermore, Bryan was quick to offer alternatives to resolve any problems to prevent any delays in handover. Our heartfelt thanks to Bryan Lee, Todz'Terior Pte Ltd and their subcontractors for doing a great job! ☺️

I would highly recommend Tod'zTerior Pte Ltd for house renovation works. Our house was previously in a terrible state ; wires hanging, shoddy paintwork, incomplete plastering works, carpentry was not installed (all these was left behind by an errant ID) We were devastated looking for another ID to complete the house.
