My wife and I would like to dedicate our sincere thanks to James, Denyse, Vincent, Alvin and all the other sub cons who worked on our home for the past 2/3 months over the xmas, new year, cny and now the covid ’19 period. James, I have never seen dedication, responsibility, passion and professionalism displayed in any ID whom I’ve worked or conversed before. You are a rare breed and should be a leading example to any and all ID(s) out there in the industry. Others may say that because you are a partner to your company so you will go the extra mile for your clients, but I’ve come across bosses of other ID firms which do have even display a quarter to the qualities you display. Keep up the good fight in work and health my friend. You’ve earned my highest recommendation to anyone out there who needs an ID to recommend. In fact in him, you can trust delivery of satisfactory work and more. Denyse and Vincent, I thank you for your valuable inputs and recommendations in the process of my renovation. Although we didn’t have as much of discussions, I felt the sincerity and dedication whenever you guys are around sharing concerns and supervising of your sub cons and those of mine which you are not obliged to assist in any liason work but you did. Thank you being there. Lastly, Alvin, the wizard of carpenters. Without your meticulousness, I couldn’t have achieved the art piece which James designed along with the feature wall customed around my SONOS equipment. Thank you for your magic. -Facebook Review

I met Cherish Koay, Design Consultant in late Jun 2019 at my 3-room flat. After a few discussions, I was very confident that Flo Design with Cherish as my ID all will ends well. Cherish was very detailed, dedicated, meticulous, informative, trusted and importantly consultative. She offered great ideas on how to maximize my little 3-room flat. She knew I love everything retro hence she came with an idea of having 3 blocks of retro bricks placed vertically & flushed to the wall and with a full sliding glass separating the dining and the kitchen. Cherish also took great effort in sourcing and explaining the bathroom tiles and accompanied me patiently in viewing the tiles too. Again, Cherish, transformed the bathroom beautifully using the tiles that she had carefully selected & suggested without imposing! The end result was awesome and really a talking piece when friends visited my flat! Thoughout the renovation, Cherish never failed to update me and even took pictures after pictures showing work in progress. Cherish too was firmed with her contractors and have no hesitation to speak her mind if it does not meet her expectation. The greatest trait of Cherish, is her positive work attitude and nothing is impossible! She is amazing and I gave her a pet name 'chilli padi'! Lastly, I am appreciative of Roger (Cherish's boss) whom along the way gave valuable advice to have my dream flat too! Flo Design is fortunate to have Cherish in the design team and I strongly recommend them. Let me share with you some pictures of my favorite corner of my flat! Once again, a big thanks to Cherish and Flo Design. -Facebook Review

Excellent service and consultation by Kenthy and his team. From start go finish he was with us all the way from re-designing the kitchen, painting until every work was completed and also properly done. I will highly recommend Flo Design to anyone who wishes to renovate or re-design their home. -Facebook Review

We would like to take the opportunity to thank Kenthy for such a great job! We decided on Flo Design after meeting a few IDS. We are first time owners and we didn't really know what we initially wanted. When we conveyed our ideas to Kenthy, he showed us examples of work he has done that are similar to our request. There are some hiccups due to Circuit Breaker as renovation being postponed and stopped at half way. However Kenthy had did his best to complete 80% of the renovation so that we can move in during CB period. We would definitely recommend Flo Design to our family and friends. Thank you for making our dream home come true! -Facebook Review

Thanks to Roger and Denyse and we very much appreciated the effort, advises, details, quality, and patience. Especially b4 Circuit Breaker start, they help to push the progress from 70% to 95% within 3 days without compromise quality!! that is very impressive! Showing how thoughtful and responsible to us, so that we are able to move in b4 CB. I can see how difficult it is to arrange works due to covid19, yet we still get support even on minor touch up. Highly recommended -Facebook Review

After weeks of ID searching, we decided on Flo Design after speaking to James and Cherish. Both of them were very open and honest in their opinion on what is suitable for our home. Cherish was the assigned ID after we signed the contract. She was always reachable and keen to help in whatever ways possible. Our house was completed on time and we moved in just before our holiday in December 2019. She even went the extra mile to helped us take over some furniture delivery while we were overseas!. We felt blessed that we had Cherish running the show for us in the midst of our busy schedule. Will we recommend Flo to our friends ?? Sure !! 100%! -Facebook Review

Was looking for a contractor to carry out a simple renovation of my room, and someone recommended Flo Design. Despite it being a very small-scale project, my designer Jacky was very attentive to my preferences, helpful in his inputs, and accommodating to my needs! He was always friendly and quick to attend to my many questions, and it was undoubtedly a pleasant experience working with him. Will be looking forward to working with him again for my renovation needs in the future! -Facebook Review

We were introduced to Roger & Eugene by a contractor friend. These 2 guys listened patiently to our expectations and ideas on the storage spaces for our 3-room resale flat, and offered excellent professional advice on the pros and cons. Renovations came to a total stop during CB and Roger even offered us a choice of not making progressive payment then! We've to say a BIG THANK YOU to Roger & Eugene for the additional hours of works after CB so that we could move in before the 7th month, as time and again reminded by my mum. Also, we're so delighted that the renovations done are so close to our expectations! KUDOS to Roger, Eugene & team for making things possible and great! I highly recommend Flo Design for your renovation needs. -Facebook Review

Denyse is my designer and she is absolutely amazing. She is beyond patient, never tired of answering my endless questions and always very smiley. Best thing is that she is not pushy. This is an important factor because you can feel her sincerity in her recommendations and she will go out of her way to help you save money and go for designs within your budget. Coming from a customer service background, I would say she definitely exceeds all my expectations. I've been recommending her to all my friends and will still look for her for all my future home. Thank you Denyse for making my first home a dream come true. -Facebook Review
