Please do NOT hire Orange Interior. Me and my husband hired Orange interior to renovate our resale flat in December 2022. HIP works commenced in our estate in December 2023 and we unfortunately failed the water tests for both our bathrooms, and we have been forced to hack and redo the waterproofing in both our bathrooms now, because the waterproofing was not done properly during our initial renovation. We had to go through FOUR failed water tests before they finally agreed to pay to redo our toilets. After the second failed test, they informed us that they had done PU injection in our bathroom flooring, but we found out a couple of months later they had lied about this and they in fact had not done any interventions after the second failed test. They put us through 4 water tests in a span of four months, each time causing water to seap into our flooring and drop into the floor below. As of now, our flooring is still dripping. Now they have finally agreed to pay for the bathroom renovations, but it is a major inconvenience to me and my children (I have four young children ages 1,4,6,8) and I requested for compensation for accomodation for the 12 days of renovation, as I was concerned about the health hazards of the dusty renovation to my young children. They were extremely reluctant to do so, after a long wait they got back to us that they would give us 3k for 12 days of accomodation, which is not much considering I have a family of 6. Then the next day I was suddenly dropped a text message that they were now only giving us 2k, without any explanation. I have requested numerous times to speak to someone in charge but they have only had HR in contact with me. I tried to call HR back and they have not been picking up, with no reply at all. I would NOT recommend Orange interior, as they have had appalling after renovation services. We spent a good amount of money on our renovation (redoing the whole flat including both bathrooms, the kitchen and extensive carpentry) but they could care less about us after the renovation. Our contract is supposed to have an 18month blanket warranty but they have handled our case poorly. Our waterproofing was obviously not done properly yet they have failed to deal with this issue appropriately, putting my family through a lot of emotional stress and inconvenience. Please do not hire this company.

After looking around for IDs and IDs companies, we have decided to engage TT. That was the bestest decision that we ever make. She is what every ID should have, and that is being meticulous and always ready to answer all your customer queries. She instantly knows what is our expectation and literally walked together with us throughout our renovation journey. We’ve heard many and seen for ourselves many ID companies that can’t complete their customers reno due to covid. Both TT and Orange Interior have definitely shown their true professionalism and teamwork despite having going through this tough times(Covid). Both me and my husband are grateful and extremely satisfied for our decision in engaging both TT and Orange Interior Design -Facebook Review

Staff is very friendly and accommodative. My ID(Thien Thien) gave lots of constructive and good recommendations with the design and very helpful with the shopping of stuff. She made us feel at ease to leave her to settle all the works with the different vendors and made sure that everything was up and well. The renovation took longer then expected tho probably because of covid period but we were given frequent updates while waiting. -Facebook Review
