I am so happy to say that I am one of those growing numbers of "My Reno Diary" satisfied customers. The entire "My Reno Diary" team has been so professional in their approach, always listening to our requests, changes, responding in time and more importantly do everything they can to meet our demands. I would like to highlight the impressive service of Mr.Alvince - our ID. I have come across cocky interior designers but that's where Alvince stands apart - he is knowledgeable but grounded and kind. He gets things done calmly and makes you feel comfortable that you are in the right hands. His approach is very customer-friendly and service oriented. I have no hesitation in recommending him as one of the best interior designers that I worked with. 5 Stars to Alvince and to "My Reno Diary" - Keep up the excellent work!

I knew T&T Design through word of mouth from friends after renovating with Desmond. The quotation pricing is reasonable and I like that Desmond came along to visit the apartment before we made a purchase decision as well as the detailed description of the quotation. Desmond is very attentive, listens to our needs, and suggests various ways to proceed but also very open minded to also incorporate our thoughts. We would not have been able to get the renovation underway without his guidance. He is very proactive, easily contactable, and gives immediate attention given to our questions and concerns. There were minor issues which were fixed immediately thanks to the good planning of sending a painter to touch-up after everything was finished. I will rate T&T Design 9/10 and we are very happy with the outcome. The overall experience is very good and I will recommend him further to my friends and family. - Esther (Facebook)

I am very disappointed with the company My reno diary, the iD I engage is a blur king. When he make so many so much mistake he always argue that other house id do this, so they just follow for my house. The mortar base is bigger than my fridge and washer , he can argue thats the usual size 90x90cm for the market, and can cater for future use when I change my fridge to bigger fridge and washer! Call the company to talk tp the boss , but it is always block by the staff.

Overall good sales experiences with my reno diary and the quote was reasonable. Especially thanks to Nick Choo for his professional advices, great design ideas and being patient to answer all questions!

As far as our journey is concern in setting up our new home waiting for arrival to our first born, we are so glad to have engaged Sheng Lee from My Reno Diary to project manage and design our home. We had a super pack timeline to meet and it needs to work within our budget and this is where Sheng Lee presents his professionalism in his field and guided us throughout this process. From small little fixtures to placement of wardrobe, selection of materials really impressed us. While I'm writing this, the work has yet to complete, we are by far super satisfied. Thank you!

I would like to recommend Reno Dairy for renovation. The point of contact for me is KK Lau. We know him through colleague's referral, it is a pleasant experience to know KK Lau. He is very helpful and responsive. When we have any last minute request, even on weekend when we text him, he is able to respond quickly. The price quoted for us is also quite reasonable. KK Lau is trustworthy and easy to deal with. I have already recommend him to many of my friends in life for renovation. I would like to give him a five star for his good service and professionalism.

Got to know ID Lex from “My Reno Diary” through a friend (his house was also renovated by him). Prior to meeting Lex, I already met and discussed with 3 other IDs from other companies, in the end we still go with Lex because he is very sincere and make us feel comfortable working with him. During the design stage, we are very impressed with his ideas and the 3D Mock-up he came up with! I just have to make some changes on the colours and a little tweaks to the position of stuff.

Dear Ray, I would like to take this opportunity to show my deepest appreciation and thanks to one of your id Mr Sheng Lee.. Despite my request for a speedy renovation from him due to urgent need to move in my new house ASAP, Sheng Lee managed to help plan and schedule the project swiftly. Sheng Lee was a responsible and responsive id as my additional request was always answered almost immediately. Three weeks after my BTO started renovation, Sheng Lee handed over the house to me on 26 August 2017 with an almost perfect condition. My wife and I are proud that my reno works was done by My Reno Diary & Sheng Lee.. And will definitely recommend friends whom is looking for a reno firm and trustworthy Id.. Good job!! Sheng Lee. First of all, I wish to express my deepest appreciation to our ID , ADRIAN HII who is young, helpful, responsible, talented, trusted, not pushy (or money orientated and accommodating our budget) and many many .......... He will go the extra mile and make all effort to ensure that the client’s interests is met. Some notable incidents were he had to pick up our calls and came down to rectify to discuss about our renovation progress and details till late night (midnight) few times. When the workers didn't do the proper rubbish handling, he came down to settle on Sunday morning too. What impressed us, other than what I mentioned before, is his accommodating manner in handling demanding and meticulous customers like us. As my hubby is a very detailed person, he wants something in engineering standard and get things done in standard procedure and somehow 'perfect'. There was a minor rework in our kitchen after my hubby rejected and explained the way of carpenter put our basin is incorrect. I would not say the reno progress is 100% but his quality of work is more than 100%. Please keep up the commendable performance as there is great potential in your work! We love our little cozy new nest and we love you, Adrian. Now we are FRIEND and he still helps when we needs his advice. He is our guest on our wedding and also was called to had performance on the stage after he failed to grab the flowers!! ** We are his 1st customer in My Reno Diary before the opening of the company. At first we doubted his ability but we gave him a try and chance as we felt his sincerity. Now, we feel so blessed to choose him!

After going through various Renovation firms, we finally decided on My Reno Diary with Simon Choo as our ID. What won us over was his enthusiasm and attention even before we signed any form of agreement. Discussions via WhatsApp was also pleasing as Simon gave almost immediate replies or when busy; at the very least within the day. This gives ease of mind as he remained easily contactable throughout the whole process. We are very pleased with the level of dedication and responsibility he put in to ensure our renovations were done properly and listened to every complain or rectification that we required. He also put in a lot of effort to fit everything into our tight schedule. Workmanship is good with friendly and accommodating workers. @ My Reno Diary + Simon Choo: Well done and thank you!

After getting several quotations from different IDs, decided to take My Reno Diary for the renovation works of our new home. We decided to choose Simon as our ID because he was very accomodating. Although there were some small issues in between the process, Special thanks to Simon, who help to resolve all the issues and followed up tightly to make the overall renovation a success. We didnt have any issues working and communicating with him. Despite our busy schedule, Simon settle most of the issues without troubling us. He was responsive, reliable and efficient who always constantly follow up closely with us in every step of the home renovation. The service provided by My Reno Diary especially Simon are very good and the price is competitive. We are very pleased with the outcome of our beautiful home! Thanks again to Simon for all the efforts that he had put in! We will strongly recommend anyone out there to engage My Reno Diary who are looking for a renovation services.

Met our ID, Lex, at the My Reno Diary carnival and signed up on the spot. I have visited other IDs prior to this, and found that Lex was the most knowledgeable and understood our requirements well. He was also flexible in keeping within our budget as much as possible, while taking our inputs with an open mind. We ended up spending 4 hours consulting with him - at no point were we pressured or obliged to sign up, which was a huge plus compared to my previous experiences.
